Pittsabana's team is all of this and more! From the first call to receive a free estimate through to completion, Maria, Ivan and the Pittsabana team were a pure delight to work with. Their knowledgeable and professional service made the potential headache of major home repairs dissolve. I initially contracted Pitttsabana to remove the ineffective box gutters from my 1900 home that had been poorly repaired in what some might call a 'fix and flip'. I called for the estimate on a Friday of a holiday weekend and Ivan showed up first thing Monday morning to take drone imaging of the gutters in order to provide the most accurate estimate. I was provided two estimates: one to repair the existing box gutters and another to remove them and install a seamless aluminum gutter system. In the end, I chose the second. However, upon removing the box gutters, Ivan' team gained access to the attic for the first time as I have no internal access and discovered considerable water damage, NO Insulation, and shingles slapped on top of other shingles to hide the actual state of the roof!! (No wonder my gas/electric bills were so high!) Ivan contacted me immediately with images and knowledge of how to go about fixing the roof, and again I was provided with multiple options to choose from. Ivan was willing to come to the house and patiently walk me through my options, explaining the differences between the plans, as much of this was new to me. This allowed me to pick the plan that best fit both my aesthetic and my budget! Ivan's team arrived early every day, worked diligently, and adapted their work schedule to meet the needs of my family (ending earlier than they otherwise would have one day). They thoroughly cleaned the area every day to ensure that my yard was safe for my dogs. AND they went above and beyond, fixing some 'poorly flipped' items they discovered along the way! By the time all was said and done, I have a functioning gutter system, a STUNNING new roof with proper ventilation, properly lined and capped chimneys, and a crew I would consider friends! 20/10!

To our astonishment Adam from Ireland climbed up on our roof (and my neighbor's) to assess the leaking problems. He found misplaced and rusted nails that created holes for water to penetrate. When he climbed down we were shown photos of the problems and were waiting to get an estimate. Instead, He caulked the bad nail pops and holes and stopped any further leaking into our homes. They installed all of the flooring in our Heartland home…read more The wood flooring they had on display was NOT representative of what was installed, and they knew this but blamed the manufacturer. I had many many repair trips to fix sloppy tile work, amongst other things. Within one year of installation of the carpet, it got ridiculously loose and buckled in multiple rooms. It has separated in different areas where you can see a gap in the pad. I'm well past the warranty at this point, but it was noted on my punch list (6 years ago) and they told me I could have it repaired in the future. Well, it's the future (present actually, ha), and they have ignored my repair requests, even though everything was properly documented. Lastly, I was going to pay them for some other repairs, like tile that my kids broke, and they ignored that too. So now, it's going to cost me a few hundred dollars to fix the AWFUL install job that they never did correctly, and they've earned this review

Judy did a great job in scheduling our job around other contractors. Ronaldo and his team did an excellent job with installation. We get many compliments on how great the floor looks and how well it was installed. Some people think its wood or LVT.
