Chelsea , Alyssa & Abby were all patient & gracious during the whole process . Our party turned out to be a bit bigger than we were prepared for & our room was upgraded without additional charges . I recommend the shrimp tacos and Parmesan fries! You have the option to host events there too as I was witness to a couple during my time there. The only con is the parking situation. I've only ever been during the day for lunch and there are never any parking spots. I always spend a good 10-15 minutes circling around for one to open up. They do have a small dedicated lot nearby, but very limited spots and tight area. Plan accordingly.

She was so warm, attentive, and genuinely kind from start to finish. You can tell she truly cares about her guests, and she made the whole night feel special. The rest of the staff, including the team clearing our table, were just as lovely; friendly, funny, and on top of everything. We also had the pleasure of meeting the owner, who was incredible. One person in our group wasn't completely happy with their drink, and the way he handled it really stood out. He made it his mission to fix it, make our friend happy, and even joked with us about it, it showed how much he truly cares about the experience of his guests. They went above and beyond for my husband's birthday, from giving us a great table to singing and celebrating with us. It really made the night feel special. And the ambiance... just WOW. The space is beautifully decorated and has such an amazing vibe. It's one of those places where the atmosphere alone elevates your entire experience. Of course, the food is important, but when you combine great food with incredible service and such a positive, welcoming environment, it takes everything to another level. I asked him to double-check, and he said he would--but never followed up. At the end of the meal, he ran everything on one check without consulting me, which created confusion for our group. When I questioned him, he claimed that whoever gave me the original info denied saying it, referring vaguely to a "lady or man," which made it clear he hadn't actually checked. On top of that, several menu prices didn't match what was charged, and he blamed it on the system--another excuse that didn't sit right. The staff seemed overwhelmed, and while I understand busy nights happen, the lack of communication and accountability was frustrating. If you choose to dine here, I strongly recommend double-checking your bill before paying.
