Stacey has so many great ideas and to make a party fun and different! For example, they craft specialty cocktail menus with freshly squeezed fruit juices and inventive garnishes, or have provided tequila tastings and bottled Mexican beers to Cinco de Mayo themed parties......and this was in addition to a regular full bar service! Lifted Spirits has been extremely happy to accommodate every request for even our most discerning clients, and added lots of little touches I wouldn't have thought of myself!! They even give the specialty cocktails funny names relevant to each party. The bar set up is always beautiful and in theme....and they are flexible to stay later if asked. I'm so glad I had their team as a capable option instead. The staff was professional; they arrived early to set up and had the guests serviced in no time at all. I cannot forget about my signature drinks and custom drink menu. These special touches made the evening that more fun. Concierge Bartenders was also very helpful in the planning process. Their extensive industry knowledge helped me prepare for the event. I literally had enough beverages for all (no liquor store runs required). We planned, prepped and placed our very detailed order two weeks in advance of our planned event. Apparently, they only have one chef and NO BACK UP PLAN. Chef was "sick" and they canceled on is with only 24 hours notice. Totally unprofessional! If you plan on booking with Dash of Salt, make sure you have a Plan B. You never know when they may cancel on you.
