I am all about supporting local small businesses; however, this experience took it's toll on my patience.....I dropped off the bike for a wheel replacement. It took Nigel 3 weeks to get it back to me. He had eluded that it would be done over the weekend. He seemed frustrated when I called to inquire about delays and communication/updates were non-existent. When I finally picked it up (Not that he ever called to say it was ready, but because I was fed up and going to get my bike back fixed or not) the bike was delivered with a pinched tube that leaked air out as I got home. I went to take it back in and he was gone. Closed early despite his posted business hours. Nice enough guy and seems knowledgeable and passionate about bikes, but he runs his business like a hobby and lacks professionalism. This may have been a series of unfortunate events but was just frustrating enough to push my business elsewhere. He did not offer to make any discounts or accommodations for the experienced inconveniences.

I literally went as I shredded the brake bumps at Beacon. The brake works as it's supposed to, the dropper is "snappy." The was in the shock. Josh diagnosed that it was literally assembled and reassembled I correctly somewhere in the manufacturing process. The bike is only a few years old, and I've been held up by injuries. He then found an affordable seat that would work for my son. My son needed a top seat clamp since his exploded and Paul tried looking through all his parts.
