When it hits the fan, you can really use a helping hand from people that care. That's what this business does, is put care into your repairs and tuning as if it was their builds.

I was assured by the manager Dan Nordendale that my bike would be taken care of. Instead, they chipped and gouged my frame in numerous areas, causing more damage then 2 seasons at Silver Mt Bike park. On top of that, when I suggested (validly) that a small amount of time masking the area they were working on could have prevented the damage, I was cursed at and gaslit by none other then the manager Dan himself. This business is terrible and they DO NOT care about your bike. They didn't hesitate to charge me $100 an hour for their "service". Wish I could rate them zero stars. If you care about your bike at all find a better shop, any of them out there are better then this joke of a business.

We are visiting family and are out of state. My son broke his seat post clamp at Beacon hill. The…read morerails to his seat were also bent. Instead of trying to sell me some 100 dollar seat post and clamp like most large bike shops Paul instantly tried to fix the problem! He tried using tools and his vice grip but with no avail. He then found an affordable seat that would work for my son. My son needed a top seat clamp since his exploded and Paul tried looking through all his parts. He couldn't find one so he was kind enough to take one off another seat post. Paul could tell we really wanted to get back on the trails and was very affordable and friendly. He went out of his way to make our day!!! Thank you for assistance Paul!!!

I've only been mountain biking for maybe 10 months and have stumbled through everything with little to no direction besides random google searches. I know next to nothing about my bike besides how to stay on it (most of the time) and they've been super patient with answering all my newbie questions without making me feel dumb for asking. I've never felt over sold and even when I couldn't cover an upgrade I wanted at the first service, Josh still got stuff ordered and my bike prepped for when I was ready. They get me in quick, get work done by the promised time, and are very easy to work with. One of the things I am most stoked about was switching to tubeless but my tires weren't compatible and I'm clueless about shopping for pretty much anything bike related so I had to just blindly trust that they'd hook me up with the right stuff. I am SO happy I did because the improvement was immediately noticeable and I'm way more confident leaning the bike now that I don't have to be afraid of it sliding out from under me. In my experience, purchasing something blind and actually getting something that exceeds your expectations doesn't happen often these days and I think it speaks for their honesty and knowledge. I've also been on a couple of their shop rides and Morgan (and the rest of the group too) has done an awesome job making me feel welcomed and introducing me to local trails. It just shows how much they care about fellow cyclists and want to encourage everyone to get out there, feel supported, learn, and have fun.
