It had a flat front tire, and we were honestly expecting bad news--Mark let us know up front that fixing these tires is incredibly tough (hands-hurt-for-a-week tough), and that most places wouldn't even attempt it. But instead of turning us away, Mark chose to take the time to really look at it. He spent about 20 minutes diagnosing the issue, repositioning the tube, doing some hands-on maintenance, and even using Fix-a-Flat to test if it would hold air. It worked! He didn't have to do any of this--and he didn't charge a dime. Watching someone take this kind of care, especially for someone who could've easily been overlooked, meant the world. It's been a long time since I've seen that level of kindness and integrity in customer service. Thank you, Mark! What you did today truly mattered.

Instead, they chipped and gouged my frame in numerous areas, causing more damage then 2 seasons at Silver Mt Bike park. On top of that, when I suggested (validly) that a small amount of time masking the area they were working on could have prevented the damage, I was cursed at and gaslit by none other then the manager Dan himself. This business is terrible and they DO NOT care about your bike. They didn't hesitate to charge me $100 an hour for their "service". Wish I could rate them zero stars. If you care about your bike at all find a better shop, any of them out there are better then this joke of a business.

I literally went as I shredded the brake bumps at Beacon. The brake works as it's supposed to, the dropper is "snappy." The was in the shock. Josh diagnosed that it was literally assembled and reassembled I correctly somewhere in the manufacturing process. The bike is only a few years old, and I've been held up by injuries. I have bought new bikes from them and do most of my own maintenance but they have done a great job when things get too challenging or need skills and equipment that I don't have.

I bought some ski boots from them on a Thursday and went back in on Friday to see if they could…read moremake some adjustments. What I ended up doing was getting custom foot bed for my feet and boots. Then had the inserts heated up and put it all together and wore them for about 15 minutes while everything molded to my foot, ankle, and leg shape. For me this was big. My feet are 2 different lengths and 2 different widths and they both slightly curve inward. So the boots that are more reputable and higher end don't fit for me. I have suffered with the lower end, more generic, style boot because my foot shape. The employee was knowledgeable and easily conveyed the benefits of these mods. When I went out the next day it was really the first time I could keep my boots on all day. The realization that this is the comfort that most other people enjoy and this is what I've been missing this whole time. My friend said to me mid day that my form and technique improved significantly over last year and this was the first day back for the season. Long story short, get the custom foot beds and get your inserts heated and molded. It will be the best thing you can do for yourself and your skiing experience. The confidence you gain by having a solid foundation allowed me to really enjoy skiing at a higher level. Sports Outlet has really improved and upped their game.

Let me say the service that I got was far more than I expected. This father-son team took me in and took care of me when I needed it done. They gave me a beautiful Harley-Davidson for a great price. They are pretty small as of September 2017, but I fully expect these guys to have a full-fledged motorcycle rental shop soon enough.
