I arrived a bit early and they checked me right in. At 10 am I got a text that they had started working on my car. By 10:30 they completed replacing the sensor and had made sure all 4 tires were at the correct sir pressure. The price was a good saving over having the sensor replaced at the Subaru dealer and came with the same warranty. Staff was very helpful and the best compliment I can give is that I will be coming back here for future tire and other services in the future. Could not have been better!

About a month ago, I visited Orange Tire to replace all four tires. At that time, I was very…read moresatisfied with the service and even left a 5-star review. However, my experience completely changed afterward. Today, I needed to replace my brake pads and attempted to remove the wheels myself. I was unable to loosen the lug nuts because they had been tightened extremely hard during my previous visit. While trying to remove them, I broke one of the wheel studs due to the excessive force required. I stopped immediately and went back to Orange Tire to address the issue. I explained that I had been there a month ago and that their team had overtightened the lug nuts to the point where I couldn't remove them. Instead of taking responsibility, the staff initially tried to blame rust. I can understand one stuck lug nut -- but not three out of five on a single wheel. That's not normal and clearly indicates improper torque. The manager spent about 15-20 minutes on the phone (possibly with the owner), and eventually told me that I would need to purchase new parts myself, bring them in, and they would replace them for free. I offered a simple and reasonable solution -- just reimburse the cost so I could handle the repair myself and not waste additional time. However, the owner responded in a dismissive and unfriendly manner, refusing any refund and insisting I follow their process. This situation shows a lack of accountability and poor customer service. What started as a great experience turned into a very disappointing one. Be careful -- over-tightened lug nuts can cause serious damage and additional expenses.

Once it finally arrived, he put a new tire on my car in like 20 min. And he had the best prices of all the other shops in the area that I called. Mark even showed me that one of my rims in the front is bent, and asked if my ride was shaky when I drive (and it was VERY shaky) so he switched my back tire to the front, and put the bent rim in the back - which made a SIGNIFICANT change in the shakiness of my ride. My ride is sooo much smoother now. How did no other auto shop catch this?? Anyway, I'm glad I found this place and I will use family tires again for my tire needs!
