I was…read moretold she needed 4 new tires (2 new tires had been purchased from this service center last year). i did not get new tires. When her car was returned to her she had low pressure in all her tires. She (at 89!) had to go to a gas station to have her tires filled. I called the manager and waited a week for a response. He told me the technician was trying to sell tires so he lowered the pressure on all of hers. How can you trust this service center? It is not the first time they have lied to us so I've learned my lesson. Jack the Manager told me to find another Mercedes service center. Nice Trustworthy Guys!!

Shopping for a used car around the 80k to 90k range is a scary ordeal. I found this business from the website cargurus and luckily it was only 10 minutes from the George Washington Bridge which was kind of important because I was coming from Long Island. When I got out there they had a good assortment of vehicles including suv's , luxury sedans, minivans, and lesser expensive cars. I was shopping only for a Cadillac STS under $9,000 and under 90,000 miles. They had one, but it had been sitting on the lot for 7 months. I'm sure they picked it up at auction and while they weren't very negotiable with the price they were accommodating when I asked for some repairs to be done as well as allowing me to take it to a Cadillac dealership 20 minutes away to get a full diagnostic done on it (on my done of course). My salesman Benny worked with me for about a week to facilitate the sale and overall I'm pretty happy with the service I got. The one thing that disappointed me was even though there was no rush, on the first day after the test drive I was asked, "so you wanna to buy the car today?" I explained to them that's not how I do business and over the next week there was no further rush to complete the sale. I'll update in a few months though. ...

I say team because all their work is easily transitioned between each employee and you leave there feeling like you were helped by some old friends. Comfort is the biggest reason I returned for my second purchase! I would recommend purchasing your next car from these great guys!!
