My pocket doors are gorgeous in spite of several errors made by the people installing -it's a specialty item, they built it perfectly, but I now realize the importance of the other half of it - installation is still not exactly right and has been a point of frustration which tarnishes a little bit the joy I have for my awesome doors.

Unfortunately, our experience with Shawn on the windows and doors side was the complete opposite. He often came across as condescending, seemed distracted and in a rush, and follow-up was poor. Customer service and communication were disappointing, and we were left wondering why someone with that attitude is in a customer-facing role. Based on my experience, I would happily recommend Homer for flooring, but I cannot say the same for the windows and doors department.
