Mary Chris and Manny were so attentive and fully committed to the vision I had for the flowers. I wanted the bridal bouquet to be inspired by my mother's orchid bouquet many years ago, and they exceeded my expectations, so much so that when I saw the bridal bouquet it brought tears to my eyes. All of the other flowers: bridesmaid bouquets, boutonnières, altar flowers, table flowers and cake were stunning. We cannot say enough about our amazing experience working with Bent Willow and would highly recommend them for a special event (and I'm sure their flower arrangements for day to day deliveries are equally beautiful!)

COCKROACH-INFESTED FLOWERS. YES, YOU READ THAT CORRECTLY…read more My husband ordered a bouquet of flowers expecting something beautiful. Instead, I received what can only be described as a cockroach delivery service disguised as a flower arrangement. The moment I set the bouquet down on the ground, cockroaches started coming out of it. Not one. Not two. I counted AT LEAST 11 COCKROACHES. There were different sizes, small ones, larger ones, and everything in between. They were literally crawling and jumping out of the bouquet and scattering across my floor. I was completely horrified. I immediately called the shop and asked them to come pick up their bouquet and the mess they had created. Their response? They couldn't. So let me understand this. Your business sends me a bouquet infested with cockroaches, introduces a pest problem into my home, and then when I call you for help, I am the one left responsible for cleaning it up? I had to spend a ridiculous amount of time trying to find and eliminate the cockroaches and carefully deal with the flowers and contaminated debris so that I would not end up infesting my trash bin and potentially spreading the problem even further. And then the solution they offered? A replacement bouquet and a reimbursement. A REPLACEMENT BOUQUET. As if my problem was that I did not receive enough flowers. I DIDN'T NEED MORE FLOWERS. I NEEDED THE COCKROACHES OUT OF MY HOUSE. A refund does not undo the hours of cleaning. A replacement bouquet does not undo the stress and disgust of watching ELEVEN+ cockroaches crawl out of something you just brought into your home. And neither one addresses the very real concern of whether any of them escaped into the surrounding area. This wasn't a flower that arrived wilted. This wasn't a bouquet that was missing something. This wasn't a minor customer service issue. I received flowers infested with numerous live cockroaches, and then I was left to deal with the aftermath myself. I have never experienced anything like this in my life. If you are thinking about ordering from this shop, I would seriously think twice. Flowers are supposed to brighten someone's day, not give them a full-blown pest control project. Beautiful bouquet? No. Surprise cockroach convention? Absolutely. Customer service when I needed help cleaning up their mess? Nowhere to be found. 0/10. I would give zero stars if Yelp allowed it.

My family had just returned from Europe, I was catching up on work, enjoying my special day, and realized I didn't like my plan for flowers. In the Spring, I received the most magnificent bouquet of hyacinths from Floral Art. When I decided to connect with a florist, it immediately came to mind as particularly unique. I reached out to the email address listed on the website about creating arrangements for the event. In the email, I attached images of the bridal shower invitation, the room at Mastro's Ocean Club, and images of the unique flowers I spotted on the Floral Art website. I'm inclined to letting creative experts to do their thing and not limit their vision with my creative input. I crossed my fingers and hoped that someone at Floral Art would take what I shared and run with it. Limit the questions and requests for guidance. In fact, I'm pretty sure I did not leave this to Hope but actually wrote that's my preference in the email. Jennifer answered the next morning, confirmed that we were on the same page, and took care of the rest so that I could enjoy my birthday rather than worry about last minute shower details. The arrangements were spectacular. My only regret is in not knowing that Mastro's would relocate Floral arrangements to a side table to make room for appetizers! From excellent customer service to a unique floral selection to exquisite execution and timely delivery, I couldn't have been happier with Jennifer/Floral Art. Thank you!
