We converted two rooms plus a hallway into a master suite as well as split two large upstairs rooms into three. We had structural concerns and lots of logistics to work out and I wouldn't trust anyone other than Mike to draw up the plans to make sure everything is safe and up to code. Al oversaw the projects and was in constant communication with us and regularly was on site to make sure everything was going smoothly. If anything wasn't 100% correct or what we had discussed, he would make sure it was remedied. Big shout out to Franz who even showed up to work the day after his wife had a baby! The M3 team worked late days and on weekends (with our consent) to meet their deadlines, even when the county held them up with permitting issues they still worked hard to finish within our timeframe. We even made major changes to our plans after construction had begun and they were able to pivot and help us get more square footage for the upstairs bedrooms. There were also numerous curveballs that they handled with ease (ya never know what you'll get with an old house). This was our first time doing any sort of large project and the team at M3 gave us plenty of guidance and support to make sure the finished product exceeded our expectations. There was a miscommunication on our part where i thought my husband was going to book the job, and my husband was under the impression that i was taking the lead on booking the carpet replacement. By the time we both realized the ball got dropped, it had been ONE month since Sasan visited our property. He responded with grace and patience. He gave us absolutely no "attitude" for the delay in response. Instead he made it a point to work around our schedule so we could move forward without any problems or delays. SECOND PART: What really impressed us is Sasan's level of professionalism. Due to unexpected circumstances, we decided to cancel the carpet replacement job one week before installation. Instead of being difficult, Sasan was still just as polite and understanding on the phone and via email. He returned our full deposit within 3 business days of us canceling the job. Not once did Sasan make us feel guilty or accuse us of wasting his time. (Color clashed with the walls and was pretty worn) Someone came to the house and did all of the measurements for where we wanted to replace the carpet and was pretty quick. Afterwards we had to set an appointment to go into the store and make selections using their samples. We chose to upgrade our carpet padding for the basement area and keep basic padding but upgrade the carpet in the bedroom area. Pricing wise, they have some of if not the best prices in the area! The carpet we ordered took about two weeks to come in. Once they arrived, Floor Advisors came to our home and installed the carpet. We were amazed at how fast the installation was. Overall a great experience and I HIGHLY recommend them if you need new carpet or flooring!

I asked for a quote for a color they didn't have in stock and the price doubled. Then asked for a ballpark price for another tier of nylon carpet and the price was just made up out of thin air. It gets better, he says he can drop 1k off the first quote price. Then proceeded to get upset because I won't agree to a purchase / install on the spot. Will gladly go spend money else where other than this shady spot.. I'm sure he would have substituted the padding or something for else to make his profit.
