For dinner I did a build your own bowl, choosing spinach, sweet potatoes, garbanzo beans and a few other veggies. It was delicious and fresh. Then acai bowl had berries, peanut butter and gluten free granola. Score! It also was very tasty. What a great way to spend time in Lake Nona! I've been to so many spots in this area that I wanted to try something different and new! Veg'n out is definitely a vegan spot, no doubt about it! All ingredients was definitely fresh and all sauces were made in house! I didn't know what to order, so they recommended the Brussel sprout bowl. I had everything in it, but when you're such a meat fan, something doesn't taste right. I felt like I needed chicken or chikun alternative. The sauce was excellent and the bowl was very filling, I felt like I received all my vitamins that day! Great food, fresh ingredients, but do not visit if you're a meat fan. I don't think people should be paying $10-14 for a 16oz smoothie but if that's your thing, this place is for you. I wanted something different that I couldn't get from any other smoothie store, so I tried the choco cherry flavor. It tasted fine except that there were chunks of dates and the consistency was very thin, so it was like sweet soup. I've been to other smoothie stores that add ice to thicken and cool the drink, but it didn't seem like they did that here or they add very little ice. In addition to smoothies, there are juices, bowls, avocado toast, and tofu spring rolls, among other things--all plant-based which was great. The store itself looks cute, and there are some non-food items you can purchase such as books, massage oils, bags, tank tops, and more. However, there were also large cardboard boxes of fruit lying around similar to ones that you'd find in a supermarket, which didn't fit with the rest of the aesthetic. The staff were nice overall and helped explain the menu and provide a smoothie recommendation when I visited for the first time. There is a rewards program, but when I asked the staff about it they were unsure, and no one could give me details on how much store credit is rewarded for the number of points. read more

My husband and I drove about 30 minutes just to have a couple of plant based salad bowls... we are so glad we did! We got there 30 minutes before they closed and everything from the salad bar looked fresh. The man behind the counter was very nice and fast making our order. The greens (romaine or spinach) were already portioned and covered in the plastic bowls used to prepare the salad bowls, the quinoa was warm and the other ingredients were cold in the salad bar. We watched while our Brussels and Buffalo BLT bowls were prepared and sat to eat at a small table with 2 chairs available in a corner (there isn't much indoor seating). We added the salad dressing which came in a separate small container, put the lid on the bowl again and shook it up to mix everything up. We were both satisfied with the portions served. Both bowls were better than we expected for a fast food/to-go shop and the price. The chickpeas and black beans were undercooked, but everything else was delicious. Very flavorful! Really great options for those who are looking to maintain a healthier diet. Lots of vegan and dairy free options! I ordered the oatmeal. I loved all of the fixings that it comes with. I eat most of those things at home. The oatmeal, however, was very over cooked and bland for my taste. I loved the customer service. Very nice locally-owned business! There is something here for everyone, but it's just a matter of figuring out what you like! Everything tastes so fresh and clean. I enjoy the Avocado Toast. It comes covered in tomatoes, so if you're not the biggest fan of tomatoes then ask for less. I've had a couple different smoothies, some I didn't quite like as much as others, but mostly because of my taste preferences. We stopped by on a Tuesday afternoon and it wasn't busy at all. There's a couple tables to sit inside and some benches outside the store as well. The workers are friendly and they explain how to order if it's your first time. My fiancé and I both got the four seasons bowl and although the presentation was beautiful, the bowl was $12 and when we got it there was thick frozen chunks of açaí, which I understand is normal ( I worked at a Jamba Juice for several years) but the whole bowl was pretty much still frozen :( I love supporting vegan businesses, especially since they are so rare in Florida but I was disappointed this visit. read more

I tried their juice cleanse, and everything was amazing. When I went in to pick up the juices on Sunday, they explained the process and gave me some great tips. The next morning I received a text from them with an encouraging message and a few reminders. I replied to the text with a couple questions, and immediately got a helpful, friendly response. The juices were all delicious and ones I'd pick up even if I weren't cleansing. I only did the 2 Day Cleanse, but I couldn't be happier and am already looking forward to 3 days next time.
