When it finally arrived, multiple customers orders were incorrect, and it was clear there were communication issues between staff and customers(staff couldn't speak much English or comprehend it). Unfortunately, the food quality made things worse. We tried 4 different dishes here and they were all cold, others were burned, overcooked or even undercooked, making it hard to enjoy anything we received. When we brought these issues to the staff's attention and asked for a refund, the situation became even more frustrating. The staff did not seem to know how to properly handle refunds, and the manager was not helpful in resolving the issue, he asked his staff id they could do it because he also didn't know how. Instead of addressing our concerns professionally, we were met with attitude, they talked crap about us in Spanish(I guess they assumed I couldn't understand Spanish) which made the experience feel very uncomfortable and unwelcoming. Overall, this was a very poor dining experience, especially while on vacation.
