One of the most gross dining experiences I've had. We ordered two pita wraps with four sauces, and every single sauce container had visible hair in it. Unfortunately, we had already tasted them before my sister noticed. The hair appeared coarse and looked more like facial or pubic hair, which was absolutely revolting. The employee replaced the sauces and was confused as to what the hair was. But after finding hair in all four containers, the entire meal felt unsanitary and we couldn't enjoy it. Finding hair in one sauce is one thing but in all four sauces raises serious concerns about cleanliness and I won't be returning. I contacted the store and owner afterwards and he responded until I told him what happened. So disappointing. Also, the pita wraps looked nothing like the photos on the menu. I was excited to try and only ordered this due to the menu menu showing a thick naan style bread but we received an ordinary pita that seemed nothing special. read more

Saw this place on Groupon and thought I'd give it a try for something different. The Crunchwrap supreme was excellent and much healthier than you'd find at Taco Bell - it was stuffed with avocado and the impossible meat was pretty spot on. Even within NY standard it's some5hong I could hv at a diner without the vegan bacon for $10. THR Chkn sandwich was $14. It has a Chkn patty with a small burger bun. No fries no side etc. Delicious yes but not for lunch as partner needed another. To add fries would have been $20 plus tax. Maybe a small fry should have been added. Vegan Grill is a chain restaurant. At first I was excited about it's opening. The place is new and clean but I found it to be very pricey. Their other locations appear to have very good reviews. I'm sorry but I had to pass on this place for my first visit. Online I didn't see anything on the menu that interested me. When you see the full menu at the business it is a very extensive. Plus they have outdoor seating. When I did return for a second look, the employee on duty was very nice and helpful. He said when I'm ready they would accommodate the portion size and take into consideration my allergies. I wish them Good Luck at this new location.
