I like the place and all but I don't understand why there is a 15% off hookah coupon on yelp but when you go they tell you that they don't honor it on weekends? Maybe the coupon needs to be more specific... The other thing is that their Strawberry and banana smoothie is just delicious but it doesn't always come out great for whatever reason. I went last night and it was great! I don't really rate 5 stars easily, but this was the cleanest hookah lounge I've EVER been too! Close to home. Costumer service ! Seriously at other place I have to fight to get service. They came and switched the coal with out us having to ask, any other place you have to beg for them to change it! I liked how much closer it is to home since most of the hookahs are in Richardson. I was so pleased when me and my gfs decided to give it a try. If you like clean and good service come here, the only thing it is a little pricey but I rather pay more and have a better time. The menu and the staff was unclear with the BYOB prices. We were originally quoted a certain price and we were very unpleasantly surprised with the bill. We also had friends join us who did not partake and were nonetheless also billed for another hookah (as there policy only allows two persons per hookah). This would have been perfectly fine however we only received two hookahs when we should have received three for the prices we were charged. Do not recommend unless you enjoy shady business practices. read more

Horrible customer service. We went there for Halloween night just to see if it is crowded to dance and spend a good night. The place was dead. Only few table was filled with people. We wanted to leave but few of us wanted to eat something just be respectful to the place and not just leave. The server which seemed like the big boss was so rude. Not only the horrible attitude but then he was like you have to purchase at least something as expensive as two sets of hookah or more, When we explain the situation not only he was open to it but he got more rude and he was like I don't care you are taking space you got to pay for it. read more

Gone a few times now and yet to disappoint. The hookah has been consistently good. During the day the music not as loud , great place to enjoy some banana nutella crepes while puffing on your favorite hookah. Their juice selection is exotic. They have a watermelon juice they serve in the shell and a great mango juice as well. At nights music little louder and busy. Hummus was great! The hookah was okay. Too slow bringing coals out, and only give you one coal at a time sometimes which is weird. Music is good but they're horrible at taking requests even though the staff will go up and play whatever they want if they feel. Only my second time here the staff is always around with great service. The staff is really what makes this place superior to other lounges I've been to in the Dallas area. But the great prices is what keeps me coming back. They have an awesome setup with the dj booth at the center of the room. They keep the music not too loud to where you can still hear the people that you are with. Very spacious which I like. I come here to get some work done on my laptop. They do have wifi which is nice. I've tried all of their tea's and have to say their Moroccan tea is the best here! Its located in a quiet little suburb in Allen. We had a great time here! We aren't your typical hookah people, but decided to try it out. The atmosphere was very club like, but not nearly as loud so you can talk to the person next to you without yelling. We didn't get to try the food, but there were several people ordering. We'll be sure to try it next time. The DJ was awesome with mixing up the music so it's not one genre the entire night. We liked all the TVs that showed the music videos in sync with the DJ. The thing that impressed me the most was the staff. They're continually checking on ever table and making recommendations if you've never been or have questions. The owner was among the staff members and checking on customers to ensure everything was perfect. You wouldn't know he was the owner unless you asked, which speaks volumes to how much he cares about his business. Been wanting to check this place out for a while, drove 35 minutes to come and it was totally worth it! Delicious food, really good hookah and most important of all, great service! Alot of shisha places won't check on you after they have served you but here they come to check on you regularly and are very friendly. Definitely recommend this as a great hookah spot and the smoothies are a must! The couches are very nice and not torn up or dirty like alot of other spots. read more
