FIVE STARS. ALL the staff was lovely- polite, low key, and attentive. This was the turning point in trip that had been stressful until this point. I feel like we definitely got our money's worth- we sat for 2.5 hours, no rush from the waitstaff, one hookah and a medium French press for 26$. Plus some bottled water. The service was excellent, flavor recommended was spot on( mint, blue mist, guava). If you want to try hookah, or you want to be you already love it and you'd like to waited on hand and foot, this is the place to go. If I lived here, this would be part of my going out routine. I went to Vees for the first time on a Saturday and had a great time with my friend at Vee's we arrived early to get a spot and was immediately helped with picking out our flavors. We were there for a couple hours and the Dj was great he played the latest hits while also playing a few throwbacks. It was BYOB so we bought in our own drinks and they have no problem giving you cups. It was a great atmosphere and we will definitely be coming back! read more

This is the best Hookah "Lounge" in the DFW area. While they have music, its not a night club like all the others try to do. They have amazing food and hookah. The staff are super friendly and well organized. You won't sit for long periods of time without someone coming by and at least giving you a thumbs up to make sure everything is to your liking. I've tried several of their flavors so far and have enjoyed all. This isn't the crazy off the wall flavors you hear at other places like "Tiger Blood" or "Pirate's Cave"... Who even knows what that is supposed to taste like? Plus... Pirates don't appear to be the most hygenic folks, so I'd rather not. Good clean flavors can be found here and at a better prices than any other place I've been. The food is great and prepared and cooked right at the lounge. The juices are also amazing. Its just an all around great place that is comfortable and has the kind of vibe you should expect from a hookah lounge. I spent 6 years all over the middle east, so I know what a good hookah experience is supposed to be like and Hadi and his team are providing just that at Vee Hookah Lounge in Allen! I hear they are doing their Grand Opening this coming Saturday, January 24th, so it'd probably be a great night to check it out! read more

It has a nice vibe, but it wasn't very LIT. I thought it was going to be more exciting but maybe I went on a bad day. The workers there were very nice though! The only bad thing that happened was my friends ordered a shake. They didn't like the shake and wanted to change the flavor of the shake to their liking. I finally visited this place ... it's really cool lounge ... the hooka's are really good ... and the owner is fantastic. The food was good too. It's very relaxing and enjoyable. The only negative thing ... the menu online doesn't have prices in it ... I don't like that :( ... I'm a foodie and prefer to know the prices ahead of time .. some items are a bit pricey but not that high. I will go again for sure and take more friends :) read more

Really laid back chilled vibes. Hookah was good. BYOB! Ordered the chicken wings, they had a little spicy kick unexpected but really good. But also almost all the couches were broken!!! That made them fairly uncomfortable. And they were also really low to the ground but they placed the hookah was on the table, so that was a little problematic no one wanted to get up and deal with the coals but they did have people around randomly replacing coals. Until now, I've only had shisha in the Middle East so I wasn't expecting this to be as awesome as the lounges in Bahrain or UAE. I was so surprised! The shisha and the environment here left nothing lacking for me! The pizza was incredible, the shisha was smooth, and the staff was awesome! For those that complain about it being BYOB, if you go to a hookah lounge in the ME, there won't likely be alcohol anyway. If I could give a zero star rating I absolutely would. By far the worst hookah lounge experience of my life. I've managed hookah bars, and have been around them for a long time and have never had an experience like this. Hookah was underpacked in the bowl, foil placed shiny side up (for those of you who don't know, this causes headaches and is unhealthy), and I proceed to spend 60 dollars for 20 minutes of hookah smoking. And not only that, the staff proceeds to tell me they've run out of Mint flavour, why accept mint orders if you don't have the flavour? They mixed some sort of green coloured shisha to compensate thinking we wouldn't notice, I'm not upset at that, I'm upset at the fact that it is basic principle, you might be able to fool some clientele, but most of us like myself are veterans in the hookah scene. I own 3 personally and feel cheated and lied to. Please for the sake of your clientele, make changes to the practices and hopefully you'll avoid reviews like this in the future read more

The place has great music, gets pretty full, but their rules are what get you. You can only get 1 hookah per 2 people, minimum of $10 per person, $5 charge PER PERSON if you BYOB, even if you don't drink they will charge it. Also if you check in on yelp or find some other offer, they don't let you use it on weekends, even though its not specified on the offer. At the end of the night, they automatically added 18% gratuity to everyone in our group (there was 4 of us). We split the ticket and each one of ours had the tip added to it. They also charged us for mixers that we never ordered. They just need to make sure everything is explained when you walk in so you don't get ripped off. They will say that "its on the menu" but the menu isn't specific either. read more

Atmosphere was pretty good, although at times the music can get a bit loud if you're just trying to relax. ordered curly fries that ended up being waffle fries, they came quickly but were slightly colder than I believed they should have been. prices are your average hookah bar price for both the hookah and the food. Variety is definitely the strong suit here, a great selection of sheesha and styles of ways to smoke it like, iced with fruit or even soda or milk in the base. The employees are crazy prices cost too much. Not enough people per hookah. Music is the same, you need to realize what country you are in. Also your employees date the customers. Just lacks any kind of professionalism. Seriously dude I listen to all types of music country, jazz, rock, screamo, better rap, R&B. None of that you play. I have edited my review and added one more star because the owner contacted me. I always appreciate an owner listening to feedback and caring about his customers. We will go back for a second trip and I will update my review again. I found this place thanks to Yelp, and I wish someone would have mentioned that "Yes, it's BYOB but there's a $5 charge per person on a dead Sunday night!" We were doing ok, although the atmosphere was conflicting. Country music was playing when we walked in, and then it was changed to some girly station or playlist and neither of those are my thing. There was a bit of employee-on-employee drama going on, and that is always entertaining to me so it's not a complaint until it affects the service. We ordered the fries, which we were glad to find out, are waffle fries and super tasty. The hummus came with a bit of pita bread, and it was delicious as well. The bread finished quickly, and we were glad for the waffle fries to help us finish our hummus! As I have never tried a hooka before, I have nothing to compare it to, but it was fine. I am a smoker, so a hooka seems mild and easy in comparison. The server warned us about the possibility of getting dizzy, but I had no issues with this at all. Ultimately, it comes down to not expecting an extra $20 on my ticket for bringing a bottle of wine and the terrible music being played while staff hung out and came in and out of the establishment. Finding a hookah bar in Allen was a surprise. Tried 2 flavors, blue mist and voltage, and both were great. This is the the best hookah bar I have ever been to, because when the belly dancer came out she danced with fire. I have never seen that at a hookah bar, and it was amazing. Great atmosphere and very friendly service and best of all the pineapple hookah was fantastic and lasted all night because the tobacco is from Dubai ... The owner came and personally asked if everything was alright. I had a blast at this place... But there were some things that were not good, like the fact they didn't accept my Yelp %15 off coupon for check in. Might as well take it off Yelp...
