I have had to call them in 2 months more than I had to call on Jesus in all my 44 years of living. The hardware and materials they use are cheap and garbage. My door lock has me locked in my house. The only way to use that door is to go out another door and come in with your key. I would not recommend this service to anyone maybe satan, because this system is a living hell. They have this air tight contact that is 3 years and hard to get out of. I'm going to start recording all my malfunctions and pray I can get an attorney to get me out this contact. So PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE if you know what I know and could see what I'm going through NEVER go with Vivint Smart Homes because they are crooks.
