There is only one technician in my whole area so if you need one to come to your home... you are put on a schedule that is 1-2 weeks out. I have had to call them in 2 months more than I had to call on Jesus in all my 44 years of living. The hardware and materials they use are cheap and garbage. My door lock has me locked in my house. The only way to use that door is to go out another door and come in with your key. I would not recommend this service to anyone maybe satan, because this system is a living hell. They have this air tight contact that is 3 years and hard to get out of. I'm going to start recording all my malfunctions and pray I can get an attorney to get me out this contact. So PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE if you know what I know and could see what I'm going through NEVER go with Vivint Smart Homes because they are crooks.

I wanted a home security…read moresystem and I called Guardian ( my first mistake) I rented my home so I needed my landlord to sign a paper so they could drill a hole in his house and being a good landlord he signed but what we didn't know was he was signing the contract which they didn't tell him that !! So I bought a condo and needed my system moved to my new residence so I called Guardian and then I found out the contract was in my landlords name but they took the money each month out of my account.. So now this is what they did to me !! In order to get the contract out of my Landlords name I had to sign a new contract for 3 years and pay a transfer fee of $200.00 . I told them it's my system and the only thing my landlord signed was a paper to drill a hole .. But that's what they do and somehow they said it's not their fault it was the salesman's fault because he made the mistake not them and they didn't deal with that contractors anymore .. But yet I still have to pay out all this money and sign another 3 year contract .. Now my question is ??? Is this a company you want to do business with I don't think so ...
