Service is great! BUT equipment costs are deceiving from the ads that they send out. Also, when you…read moreget locked into a 2 year contract you don't have the option to spread out equipment costs for longer than 4 months. So if you can afford $500/month for four months straight it'll work for you. You would think with a 2 year contract this company would give you more of a flexible option on equipment. I actually had to turn down equipment in efforts to somewhat afford it. The staff and installation was great but the kid the were "training" brought some unnecessary attention to my house by playing around with the neighbor kids. I wasn't really a fan of that considering I just moved to the neighborhood.
