Then after a storm rolled through, he followed up again just to see if everything held up and if I was happy with the work. You don't see that kind of service too often. Then they kept coming to my door, calling me, and trying to get me to do another inspection. Additionally, I was initially told - and given a flyer saying as much - that a new roof would be 100% free. NOPE. You have to pay your insurance deductible. They couldn't even get my address correct on subsequent attempts to do another inspection. I have repeatedly told them not to contact me again. They are STILL calling me, and I don't even live there at this point. What a scam and completely unprofessional. DO NOT recommend.

My roof is not in terrible shape, and after submitting to my insurance co. for damage, there was little on the table from that route. I asked what's next, and they have some tricks up their sleeve, so I said Go for it. I also asked for a complete estimate on a roof replacement, knowing that I will have to take that route. I don't believe in getting something like an insurance claim if it is not honest and necessary.......Well, after the insurance company's denial for a large payout............CRICKETS!!.............. Need I say more? I gave 2 stars because the young man I was dealing with was nice and answered all my questions. Unfortunately, for him, after the insurance denial, the Company must force him to move on.....If he had given me an estimate, it could have been a commission for him. The Co. focus on trying to get an insurance claim is unfortunate for salespeople working on commission..

Joe was prompt to respond, knowledgeable, patient and extremely helpful. He even called our insurance, explained the issues and advocated for us! I was very impressed so we hired Riverside for the job. Joe's team just completed the job, it was done well but we did have some communication issues with the schedule half way through which resulted in the job taking longer than we had anticipated. I have to say though that once I told Joe I was feeling frustrated with the poor schedule planning and communication, he immediately fixed it and it didn't happen again. In fact, he gave us a discount for the trouble (and I didn't even ask). I would have taken a star away from Riverside for the bumps in the road half way through, but I appreciated they listened carefully and got back on track. If you need a contractor, Joe is the guy!
