So here we are 6 months later ready to have our work done and pay out of pocket. I was told we needed a new quote and I'm ok with this because I was told last time the price was high because of wood being so expensive and I know the price has gone down. To my surprise they increased the price by $500. Yes $500!! Inflation has companies being greedy and price gouging and I'm not here for it. I contacted the company and tell them I'm willing to pay an extra $300 but $500 is just too much of an up charge. The company replied thanks for your message have a nice day. Ok great way to lose a customer and any recommendations we might have. Beware when contacting this company. They will up charge and have 0 issues with it. After my last gutter cleaning I noticed the water kept overflowing from the roof in one spot. BJ claimed the underground pipe that drains the water from the downspout was clogged. This was not the case as I clearly showed him pictures of the water leaking off the roof and the gutter being dry. Unfortunately, he would not come over again to clear the downspout even after 4x emails and asks. This led to a lot of water damage in our basement from water pouring off of the roof and into the foundation. I finally got another gutter cleaner over. They simply climbed up, put a hose into the downspout and out came a bunch of junk that was clogging it. It was a simple fix he wasn't willing to do which cost me over a thousand dollars in damages. I really do not like writing negative reviews but I can't recommend their services.

A month later, I still haven't heard from the other company. The estimation process was relatively painless, and the estimate was received about a week after the site visit. I was told it could be up to 6 weeks before I heard from the scheduler, due to their current workload. However, I was contacted on a Friday about 2 weeks later and was told that Monday had opened up for them and that a truck with the materials was already on its way to my property. Since they didn't need anyone home when the work was performed, I agreed. When I got home from work on Monday, the job was done. There was still some debris in the yard, but they did a really good job of cleaning up. I haven't found a single nail on the ground, yet. There were 30 MPH wind gusts the day of the job, so I'm surprised there wasn't more trash scattered around my 7 acres. (I'm also surprised I didn't find roofers scattered around my place!) I hope to work with them again in the future!
