I called and spoke to a young man that agreed the projects I inquired about is what they do. He stated that his manager was out of the office and she would call me with in one hour. No call for the entire day. The next day I called and received a recording. I left a message stating that I had called the day before and I wanted the estimate. I waited one week being generous with the time and still no return call. Not even to say we might be too busy, we don't give a damn, nothing. So if you choose to use them, have your back up numbers ready. There is a good chance they just don't have the manpower to do the work. I find their customer service to be in the worst form.

The 4 man crew arrived exactly at 7AM and began after I ran through things with the foreman, Steve, to find out when we'd be without power. The crew was great and the foreman kept me up to speed at every step of the process. We were without power for just a few hours, a shorter time span than I'd anticipated, and when all was said and done, the issue with the solar installation was eliminated and our previously dead circuits worked again. Within half an hour of completion I got a call from Dave at the ION office to make sure we were happy with the work and assure us that they would have the final plastering done as soon as the inspector signed off on the work.
