My first introduction to Bartlett Roofing was through Collin, a no pressure, very knowledgeable ,…read morestraight talker. He asked if I was interested in a new roof. Yes, I was! I had been getting quotes and saving money for about three years. My house was a big job! 125 years old , at a steep pitch and a tear off down to the studs. He worked closely with my insurance company, taking pictures, and walking the roof with him. He told me the step by step process and it happened just like he said it would. It was November before all the paperwork was in. We couldn't set a date because now it would depend on the weather. Not knowing when the work would begin was a worry but Collin kept me in the loop. His communication gave me peace of mind. The winter was mild and they were able to start the first of February. I was very happy with the materials, organization and efficance and the clean up. I was not expecting the amazing workers. They worked as a team supporting and encouraging each other. This was a hard job but they blessed my house with their joy and skills. When an unexpected problem came up, people from the company came to the sight. They talked with me and my insurance company. Through out the experience, they always had my best interest. From the first to the very last, the job was such a gift. They restored my faith in people!!! I highly recommend Bartlett company. I could not of asked for a better Experience !

Talon Brown took over after an employee that no longer works with Bartlett dropped the ball big…read moretime. Talon took that ball and ran with it and we are very impressed. We can't think of anything bad to say about Talon and his crew. Timely, courteous, and listened to all the needs of my family. Talon even tried to realign our satellite after they reset it but warning for everybody, you will need to call in advance to get your satellite realigned. Actually, there is one thing we'd like to say, it would be helpful if we would be notified in advance to call our satellite people so they could plan on coming out.

Jeremy is awesome to work with and does excellent work. He took the time to do everything right,…read moreexplain the details, and provide options / suggestions on how to make our deck amazing, which it is! We couldn't be happier, and highly recommend this company!

I would not recommend working with Jeremy based on my experience as a subcontractor…read more Our crew performed several days of framing and repair work on his project, including correcting existing framing issues, roof and fascia repairs, sheeting, garage framing, gable work, blocking, straightening studs, and other work that was requested while we were on the job. We also supplied some materials out of pocket. When it became clear we couldn't complete the remaining work within his requested timeline, we communicated that directly and told him he should bring in another crew so we wouldn't hold up his project. We then requested payment only for the work we had already completed and materials we supplied. Unfortunately, payment for the completed work became a dispute. Our crew still had payroll and expenses associated with the work that was performed, regardless of whether we completed the entire project. If you're a subcontractor considering working with Jeremy, make sure you have a very clear, detailed contract before starting. Spell out exactly what is and isn't included in your price, and require written change orders for any additional work. In our experience, additional items were added to the scope without additional funds being agreed upon. Document everything--scope of work, changes, additional requests, materials, hours, and payment terms. Based on my experience, I would not work with him again. Will update if he pays us or if we take him to small claims
