We can't think of anything bad to say about Talon and his crew. Timely, courteous, and listened to all the needs of my family. Talon even tried to realign our satellite after they reset it but warning for everybody, you will need to call in advance to get your satellite realigned. Actually, there is one thing we'd like to say, it would be helpful if we would be notified in advance to call our satellite people so they could plan on coming out.

The main part of the house had a metal roof. There was an addition on the back that had asphalt shingles. There were some leaks where the two met. The metal roof had been put on over an existing asphalt roof and had holes where it had been attached and this allowed water to seep through to the older asphalt roof and caused some damage to the sheeting. They had to remove both metal and asphalt layers. They also replaced some of the sheeting. The whole thing was a mess. Now we have a beautiful new roof and no worries about leaks. The roof looks great and they did a very good job cleaning up the yard after the install.

Our Shop project is almost finished now, Asphalt going in on Thursday... We are so happy with Matt that we have hired him to do more work for us. Zero Stars, Zero Recommendation. We have a brand new house, we had Caliber come tear out our brand…read morenew shower and put a new install in with glass sliding doors. It looked great, until we showered and water went all over our new floor. We told them of the issue and they went back and forth, finally they came 6 months later and put in new glass doors and said we had the wrong doors installed. We thought we were good to go with the new "shower". We used it a few times and noticed water coming up from under our floor after showering. It happened only when we showered. Its been a year now fighting with them, telling them we have a $18k shower we cant use. Water damage has ruined our flooring, and our trim. They sent their men over to see where the water was coming from, they seen water coming from under the flooring. They tore the brand new shower out and said since water wasn't under the shower pan that it was our toilet. We called a plumber and he said nothing is leaking in this bathroom. The Plumber said it had to of been the shower pan not being installed right or sealed right. After sending Caliber the invoice from the plumber with their notes they still are telling us to check our toilet. We have had no water leakage since they tore our shower apart and left it like this. We are left with our shower torn apart down to the studs and our new flooring ruined from the water damage. Its been a nightmare trying to work with these people to even get them to do what's right. I would not recommend this company what so ever. Save yourself the stress and money and find a company who stands behind their work and will come fix their faulty installs!!! Its been over a year since install and this is what we are left with, and $18k wasted!! They shouldn't be allowed to be in business.

Our landlord hired Affordable Road and Drive to redo the parking lot summer of 2022. In the process, one of their big pieces of equipment hit and broke our business sign. We get that accidents happen. We called Affordable Road and Drive. Over the phone, he admitted his guy hit our sign and said he would reimburse us for the repair cost. Trying to minimize their expense in the repair cost we used our own days off to take down and reinstall the sign. We only wanted to be reimbursed the $1157.50 bill from the sign shop. It is now July 2023. We have called, emailed, texted, certified mailed and still have not received any portion of reimbursement.
