Talon Brown took over after an employee that no longer works with Bartlett dropped the ball big time. Talon took that ball and ran with it and we are very impressed. We can't think of anything bad to say about Talon and his crew. Timely, courteous, and listened to all the needs of my family. Talon even tried to realign our satellite after they reset it but warning for everybody, you will need to call in advance to get your satellite realigned. Actually, there is one thing we'd like to say, it would be helpful if we would be notified in advance to call our satellite people so they could plan on coming out. read more

Bartlett roofing did a great job for us. Ryan was very knowledgeable about every aspect and aided us in deciding what were the best options for us. He was wonderful to work with. The main part of the house had a metal roof. There was an addition on the back that had asphalt shingles. There were some leaks where the two met. The metal roof had been put on over an existing asphalt roof and had holes where it had been attached and this allowed water to seep through to the older asphalt roof and caused some damage to the sheeting. They had to remove both metal and asphalt layers. They also replaced some of the sheeting. The whole thing was a mess. Now we have a beautiful new roof and no worries about leaks. The roof looks great and they did a very good job cleaning up the yard after the install. read more

We got hammered by a pretty strong wind storm and it wreaked havoc on a section of our comp roof. I called for an estimate and they responded very quickly. Within a couple days, Steve came out, climbed up on the roof and inspected it. Said the damage was confined to one small area and recommended another Company for the repair. Said they only do full or half roofs. Did not charge for the inspection and the reference immediately answered my call (rarity in southeast Idaho). All in all a great experience. Hopefully I will get the chance to have them out again if needed. read more

My first introduction to Bartlett Roofing was through Collin, a no pressure, very knowledgeable , straight talker. He asked if I was interested in a new roof. Yes, I was! I had been getting quotes and saving money for about three years. My house was a big job! 125 years old , at a steep pitch and a tear off down to the studs. He worked closely with my insurance company, taking pictures, and walking the roof with him. He told me the step by step process and it happened just like he said it would. It was November before all the paperwork was in. We couldn't set a date because now it would depend on the weather. Not knowing when the work would begin was a worry but Collin kept me in the loop. His communication gave me peace of mind. The winter was mild and they were able to start the first of February. I was very happy with the materials, organization and efficance and the clean up. I was not expecting the amazing workers. They worked as a team supporting and encouraging each other. This was a hard job but they blessed my house with their joy and skills. When an unexpected problem came up, people from the company came to the sight. They talked with me and my insurance company. Through out the experience, they always had my best interest. From the first to the very last, the job was such a gift. They restored my faith in people!!! I highly recommend Bartlett company. I could not of asked for a better Experience ! read more

Ryan stopped by from Bartlett Homes and Roofing, and he offered to inspect my roof. I was already thinking about my roof replacement anyway, so I let him. Come to find out, I had over 300 shingles damaged from wind. He suggested I file an insurance claim, which I did. He took pictures, talked me through everything, and even offered to come when the insurance adjustor inspected the roof. By the end of the inspection, the adjustor was talking with Ryan about what kind of work was going to be done. A few weeks later, I had an insurance check, and just like that I had a new roof for the cost of my deductible. Ryan was open and honest with me, and not once did I feel he was trying to push or swindle me. The crew stripped the roof and put the new one on, complete with ice shield, within a day. Needless to say, I'd recommend Ryan and his crew to anybody and have done so already! read more

I am very happy with the service and honesty of this company. They were very quick to come do a free inspection of my roof after the terrible hail storm we had in our community. My house did not get the damage that some of my neighbors did. This company was honest with me and informed me that I had no damage to repair. Cannot recommend this company. Poor communication and less than honest dealings. Just want to do the big profit type work then ignore you until you move on to another contractor for what remains. Suggest you look elsewhere for good honest business. read more
