I would say it definitely fits into the neighborhood and appears to be a popular local hangout. Even on a chilly day, the outdoor seating is very comfortable, feel free to take advantage of the propane heaters. The Chili was very good except the Sour Cream dollop was too large and took up a quarter of the cup. The sandwich was large and good with the North Carolina vinegar taste. Took the other half home. Toni was our server and she was wonderful and prompt. I had an IPA to drink and it was nice. Keep in mind, this is a Sports Bar and had a variety of games on big screen TV's.
