    Cinnamon old fashioned

We were walking on main street and trying to visit a few places. We stopped in and sat at the bar. The bartender did not greet us and just placed menus on the bar. When she did come over she let us know that if we ordered anything with espresso, that she'd have to make more. The attitude seemed as if she didn't want to be bothered with the espresso. We ordered a spicy pineapple margarita and a cinnamon old fashioned. Two of the drinks on the menu were not available, due to a lack of ingredients! The drinks we did get were delicious! The next time our bartender came over she said "so I guess you're not ordering food". When we tried to tip her, she said for us to just keep it. I've never had a bartender like this before. We were completely turned off and we probably won't be back anytime soon. For those wondering, there were only about 7-10 people in the place.

I stopped in this bar and grill for dinner while away for work. When I arrived I parked on the street nearby. I walked in and was greeted and sat at the bar. Christine was the server and she was nice. I ordered the house pinot nior and this night they had $10 burgers so I ordered the Vault burger and that was tasty. All in all a good place to stop in and eat.

While traveling in the poconos, we stopped at Vault 636 in Stroudsburg. We quickly learned that Thursday is their wing night - $0.75 wings in ordered if five. First, a shoutout to our server Rocky. She did a great job and even knew what a Godfather was. She also taught us what a Godmother was. So we ordered wings. Simply buffalo and gold sauce. Both were excellent. Not much heat, but perfectly made. Their wings aren't huge and to us, that's a plus. We prefer a smaller, higher quality wing.

Food was not good even for bar food. Boneless wings were hard as a rock. Service was subpar also.

Great looking corner bar on the East end of Main St. I didn't think it was looking like a kid…read morefriendly place for lunch, but the bartender Kyle was extremely friendly and insisted we were good to go. The inside has dark colors, but brightened a bit by the sunlight coming through the outer wall windows. I liked the wooden barrel lights over the bar, barrel wall sconces by the booths and the small bikes made out of pipes with Edison bulbs in them that hang over the front tables. The interior had exposed brick on the outer wall, brown painted patterned ceiling tiles and a gorgeous long antique wooden bar. We sat in one of the cushioned booths in the back. Their menu is small and simple with about ten apps and six handhelds. They have some uncommon menu items that peaked our interest like Goat Birria Tacos, Sloppy Joe's and Mahi Sliders. My wife and son ordered the Sloppy Joe's at $8 that came with seasoned beef and their "House Sloppy Sauce". They both enjoyed them and said the seasoning was good and sauce had a bit of a sweetness. My youngest son had a plain chicken wrap $13 bacon, ranch, LT and Cheddar Jack. It was sizeable and fresh. We ended up splitting it up later for an app before dinner so its shareable if you have a smaller stomach. Kyle recommended their Smash Burger - Smashed Crispy Beef Patty, Cheese, LTO $13. It was average and there was nothing bad to say about it. I enjoyed a Mosier's Mosaic IPA by ShawneeCraft with it. They have a small house cocktail list and their tap list is small, but they do have some craft offerings and cans/bottles. The kids watched sports on a couple of the several TV's around the bar and we had a nice relaxing lunch. I'd stop in again if in the area. Thanks Kyle!

They also have a room in the back if you wanted to enjoy a cigar, which was quite pleasant. We were greeted and seated without a reservation. Our waiter was (Brian ) really hope that was his name ! He was wonderful, It was a light meal so we shared Caesar salad I had the pork chops. My husband had a filet mignon and my daughter just had stuffed potatoes. My daughter and I ordered dirty martinis which had the best olives in town ! which by the way are made on premises. Best! Dirty martini.! We didn't have plans for New Year's Eve so me and my husband decided to go back we called. They were able to fit us in for a table of two. It didn't disappoint. We had a complimentary toast of Prosecco. I ordered my dirty martini. I had a steak my husband had his filet mignon once again and our waiter was Brian again, of course I ordered the dirty martini which was outstanding ! as I wasn't in the mood for dessert my husband ordered a cheesecake , i ordered an espresso martini which was 10 out of 10 I I recommend going for dinner or just a drink and an appetizer it won't disappoint Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania doesn't have many places good to eat, but this is one of them!

Food: Had a filet mignon with no add-ons which means it just comes with "butter" and a herb brush…read more Mine came out dry with no butter visible on the steak. Honestly, I think it's ridiculous to charge customers $2+ for a little thing of flavored butter when the steak already costs about $60. I ordered my steak medium rare and it came out medium. It really didn't have much flavor either. There wasn't that filet mignon crust you'd expect from a steakhouse. It needed to be better seasoned. Drinks: our waitress said that they have a mystery old-fashioned where the bartender just makes whatever kind of old-fashioned they wanna make. So I ordered that and it came with some cranberries in there, but honestly, the drink just tasted like an old-fashioned. There was no mystery about it. Service: it was fine nothing to write home about. The bar was quite full, and there were quite a few people crowded around and standing around the bar, but there weren't all that many people in tables. Kind of took away the ambience of the restaurant and made it feel more like a bar. We'll probably go back because it's the only steakhouse around that's not a franchise, but I did make filet mignon at home after this, and it was much better.
