Bangers and Mash
Cynthia F.

I was quite disappointed in their bangers and mash. The sausage was regular breakfast sausage and not imported. There was a drunk woman who kept falling off her stool causing a disturbance and in my opinion it took them too long to remove her. Due to this it took way too long to receive our food. The lights were off leaving a few "candles or mood lighting" which made me feel like we were anywhere other than a pub. I do not recommend this place. I gave 2 stars because the waitress was nice and pleasant. If it wasn't for her I'd give no stars.

Good place to grab a bite. Flat breads were delicious. Buffalo shrimp appetizer was small, very small, lost a star there. Other than that pleased with the food options.

We stopped in before a local show. We had French onion soup, pot pie, and fish and chips. The food was great. Service was slow, but very friendly. We would go back when we are not on a time crunch of sorts.

We both had a burger. I had the cowboy burger and my husband had the classic burger with an upgraded side of onion rings. We both enjoyed our burgers. We both ordered them medium and they came out well but they were still good. I had a sangria definitely not good but that's ok. We would come back again. Service was ok. Not fast but not super slow. It was a nice quiet atmosphere.

On a recommendation from the postal clerk, we decided on a whim to park and walk up to Main Street and discover this awesome Irish pub. One year old last week. Congratulations The rockstar bartender, Jason, was engaging, personable and helpful with differentiating the menu items. A special shout out to the kitchen staff who did a fine job preparing and presenting our food. Loved it all! An APP starter of the shore buoy croquette: a shrimp, real crab and salmon patty was phenomenal. ($14) I ordered the short rib platter ($19) which was well presented and so delicious. My hubs ordered the bowl of Salmon/gnocchi soup ($6) and the Rueben, steak fries ($13). The sandwich was hearty and satisfying. We enjoyed our dining experience. Stylish interior · Friendly bartenders · Great value · Great food · Free Wi-Fi

Best fish and chips I've ever had. Irish "nachos" were unique and delicious. Guinness flows often so the lines are clean. Excellent live music setup; sound, lighting, and stage position. I've never been disappointed with the entertainment. Can we get a website with performance calendar? Until recently, unless Amy was running the bar, service wasn't always efficient; this weekends bar team was on point and seemed to always be on the hunt for thirsty guests. Thank you Finola's for being my go-to spot for good food, entertainment, and atmosphere. Your late hours and sidewalk tables are a huge bonus.

Found this place by word of mouth. Looking for place to go Sunday night on vacation. We were at Go fish Secondhand store on friday . And found out that the best to go for food and drinks and entertainment on Sunday is Finola's. We had the Irish stew and the fish and chips with SMITHWICKS beer imported. And fabulous entertainment. Best fish & Chips ever!!!!!

Regular Irish pub fare. It was alright. Every dish has a little twist thought. So ask your server if you have any aversions or allergies.

The slowest service ever. Waited 50 minutes for an appetizer that wasn't even hot...like warm at best. First and last time going.

The location was beautiful, relaxing, & pretty quiet and we were able to sit outside and work on the wifi. The food sections run the Irish Pub gamut and the bar is pretty and calling for a hang out and conversation. As a pescatarian & vegetarian there's not a lot of options and we weren't jazzed about landing here just on the menu - but the environment and the sweet staff trumped our lack of enthusiasm for the menu. That said the seafood chowder was much creamy fishy yumminess. I almost orders a second one. A great place for a golf meal stop (they even have takeout beer!!) or an afternoon of self employment work w/wifi on the back patio (it's range is limited - no front patio) There is a healthy population of little birds out here nesting in the shutter gaps. Shhh. They're secret.

During the golf season it's a fantastic place to eat prior to or directly after your round of golf. The portions are healthy and the price is inexpensive. You can also bring the family as it has a kids menu, clean bathrooms and plenty of seating.

I wish I were rating Marita's in the late '90's early 2000s. I would have gladly given a 5-star…read morereview. Sadly, in 2025, I think one star is generous. I do believe it's the same owner, but I don't know what happened. This place is NOT what it once was. I miss old Marita's. I have been told that the drink specials and cocktails at Marita's are excellent and, after five or six of said drinks, the food is palatable. I unfortunately don't drink, and it wasn't. The steak fajitas I ordered arrived luke-warm. The "steak" used is clearly of a lower grade as it was chewy and it would not surprise me at all to find it was purchased pre-cut and/or pre-seasoned. The salsa and guacamole tastes like it was spooned right out of a tub. The cheese was very thickly grated which, as anyone knows doesn't melt consistently when applied to hot food (not applicable here). The rice was somehow both undercooked and overcooked. It tasted like they made rice for the first time, with no instructions, in a microwave. A "wet-crunch?" The two flour tortillas were cold and probably straight from the package. 2/10 as the tomatoes and lettuce were clean and fresh. So, good job there I guess...? My daughter ordered a burrito with beef and what she received was a soggy diaper filled with under-seasoned meat and covered with a film of cheese and a sweet sort of red sauce which was probably supposed to be enchilada sauce. I mean, it was massive so if you are starving and don't care, this may be right up your alley. Maybe... I brought the issues to the attention of the waitress and she seemed accustomed to hearing these complaints as she shrugged and simply asked if I wanted the manager. She never quite stopped at the table while I was talking, kinda just did a slow pass by on her way to the "noisier" tables. About ten minutes later she put our check on the table as she did another pass by without a word. We weren't asked about refills even once. The staff seemed more inclined to serve and flirt with the suspiciously young looking guests who were definitely enjoying the food (see need for drink specials above). Come to think of it, I do remember issues with serving underage patrons here in the past. History repeats? Maybe. Regardless, no manager ever came and I realized if the staff doesn't care enough to hear complaints, the manager won't either. I paid the bill, tipped 15% (my minimum), and we left hungry and disappointed. I read some of the reviews and it seems the manager/owner likes to respond with apathy and tongue in cheek jabs. The restaurant labels itself as a "Southwestern Bar and Grille" but I'm not so sure that doesn't mean the "Southwest side of Restaurant Depot." If you like unimaginative bland food straight off the shelves of a grocery store, save some money and pick up a Hungry Man from the Weis down the road. Frankly, this place used to be great but if the owner/manager/chef or whoever has lost their spark, the best this place can do is close its doors to make way for something new. TL/DR AVOID!!!!! Bad food. Poor service. Choose from any of the better establishments that are down on Main St.

My son had been asking for waffles all day, and although they'd moved onto the dinner menu, the chef handed us the brunch menu as well and let my son know that he could pick any waffle he wanted. The food came out, and everything was fresh and delicious! My son got his waffle and a piece of salmon. My husband and I shared a salad, and burger with Mac and cheese.
