The process was very easy - I contacted the store through Instagram (@littlelovekohler), provided the info I had including gender, set a budget, and later that day was sent several photo options to pick from. I asked questions and determined which was the best choice. Once I made my selection, we determined delivery (to me or directly to the receiver) and packaging (recycled or gift wrapped). The store sent me a Venmo request for the payment and Voila! purchase was made. This was SO easy, and I love supporting this small business :)
