After a few nights I found the mattress was too hard on my hips, making recovery more challenging. The Sleep Shop said they could help with another mattress that would be more comfortable on my hips. Not only were they able to "manufacture" the new upgraded mattress, they also assembled a team to deliver it before end of day. Yes, it cost a little more for the upgrade, but it was worth the expense.
