The repair did not work. Cans broke and I had a mess on my hands. Repairman showed up again and installed a defective part. I contacted Dan, the business owner and stated I did not want the Frigidaire unit. He stated that I had to have it repaired and he would not replace it. Still did not work. He left me without a refrigerator over the Labor Day weekend, and it was not working for a total of 66 days! I again contacted Dan and he became irritated and stated that I am not to call him, and I am not allowed to come in the store! He added that he is done with me! I lost hundreds of dollars of food, but I guess Dan's problem was resolved. The unit remains problematic and has seen 10 service calls. Frigidaire was willing to replace the unit but Dan, emphatically stated "NO WAY". Now I know why their name is BITTER Neuman!

The microwave door springs broke, and those got repaired. Additionally, the microwave was made so that to replace a burnt out light, the entire unit had to be removed from the wall, which was handled with care and professionalism. Brad came out to fix the freezer part of our refrigerator on Friday, March 20. The original…read moreappointment was cancelled on the previous Monday because of the big snowstorm. The freezer part was forming ice on the bottom part of the fridge. After disassembling the freezer part, Brad solved the problem by cleaning the back of the freezer plus the drainage tube which had dirt in it. While our appointment was rescheduled, the ice maker stopped working. He did notice that an ice cube got stuck in the tube leading to the ice tray. He removed the cube and BINGO! that part was fixed. Furthermore, Brad also fixed the front burner of our gas stove. Both the appliances mentioned are 20 years old! and now working like new. This time, the employee actually went to look and came back with one item. I was still standing there like... seriously? I even told the other customer she could have it, so it's not about me trying to take it. It's just frustrating when you're told something isn't available and then see that it actually is, just because someone else got help from a different employee who actually checked. I get that things sell out fast, especially Pokémon stuff, but at least take the time to look before saying there's nothing. It just feels inconsistent and unfair. Just hoping for better communication and effort from staff next time.

However, I don't like the fact that there are only like 5 normal sized washing machines. The next size up is almost twice the cost while being only marginally larger. The dryers (at least the 3 I used) aren't very efficient compared to ones at other places. On the plus side, you get a bit more time for your quarter (10 min) than at some other places (8 min). But, for a nearly equal amount of time (30 vs 32 min) my clothes were still very damp. If you have to do laundry for a family, this is probably a good place to go. It has lots of large machines to clean all those clothes and linens. There's also lots of arcade games and other quarter-eating diversions for your kids, as well as flat screen TVs to distract you while you're waiting for your laundry to be washed. But if you're a single person or just have a few things to wash, I'd recommend Wash House Laundry up the street. Not as nice, but there's more smaller, cheaper machines. It costs me $12-$15 to wash my laundry there, where this place cost me almost $20 (and my clothes were still damp).
