SoCal Window Pros

SoCal Window Pros

I put together a project requesting a quote for a brand new window in my home office. The team…read morecontacted me right away, was very communicative and helpful. They helped me understand my options so I could choose what would work best for me. They nailed it! The service was incredible, fast, and the value far exceeded the cost. I absolutely would recommend them to anyone looking for a new window in the SoCal area.

This review is long overdue. Our windows were replaced in May by this company SoCal Window Pros. I…read morefound out about them through online search. Our home is 29 years old, and the windows had been showing wear and tear for a long time. We finally got a quote from a company that constantly sends flyers to our mailbox, but even with a "huge" discount for just a few windows, the price was close to the cost of a swimming pool. That pushed me to search online, and I found SoCal Window Pros, a highly rated local company. Jack, the owner, came out with sample windows and gave us an estimate. He was straightforward, no‑nonsense, and genuinely kind. The windows were impressive -- solid engineering, well‑made, great warranty, and locally manufactured. We also met his son Alex who is much involved in this family-owned business, and he was equally professional and personable. We ultimately decided to replace all of our windows as well as our sliding door, and we're very happy with the results. Our house looks refreshed and updated, and the old rubber seals that kept popping out are finally gone. The windows look beautiful and have made a noticeable difference in the overall appearance of our home. I literally let out a sigh of relief every time I see the windows. Gratefulness and gladness! There were a couple of windows that took a little longer than expected to arrive, and two were delivered in a different color than originally specified. In the end, I decided to go ahead with the installation, and fortunately, the color worked out beautifully in our home. Jack and Alex checked on the installation throughout the process, and their crew was helpful and efficient. Despite a couple of minor hiccups, communication was good, and we felt that Jack and Alex were attentive and committed to making sure the project went well. Overall, we're very happy with our experience and with our new windows. We would definitely recommend SoCal Window Pros to anyone considering replacing their windows. It was a blessing to have found a local company with quality products and people who genuinely care about their work and their customers.

Irwindale Windows Co - Milgard Black Trinsics vinyl

The installers did a great job (took 2 days and the project proceeded smoothly and on time). We are very pleased with the results and enjoying the new Milgard windows. Summary: Iriwindale Window's lack of care destroyed the wood floors throughout our entire condo and…read moreled to months of mold remediation. We got new doors and windows from Irwindale Windows installed over a year ago. During the sales pitch we were sold a high quality product that would be carefully installed. Everything changed once the installation started. It became clear from the start that our $15,000 was a small job and a low priority to them. The owner Jackie told us the installation would only take three days, but when I talked to the men working they clearly did not think that was realistic. We soon overheard that they had a very big job starting immediately after ours, and the owner Jackie was rushing the workers to start this job on time. The workers were there all day, barely taking any breaks and clearly rushing around. The final day they were there until around 9pm at night, working outside in the dark to meet the deadline. We got 5 windows and 3 sliding doors installed. Everything was fine until the first time that it rained. Turns out, in their haste to rush through our job, the installers did absolutely nothing to seal the bottom of our sliding doors. As you can see in the pictures, it was literally wide open. No sill pan, no sealant, nothing. Because they had the doors propped up on shims, they could not seal the doors directly to the ground. But because they also did not use a sill pan, the bottom was wide open. So when it rained, the rain outside was literally just pouring into our subfloor. About 10 days after the rain we lifted up a rug and noticed that the floor was wet. We couldn't notice at first because it was beneath the wood, but eventually this water permeated the subfloor in most of our house, and started soaking up into a number of the walls. Because of mold growth, we eventually had to tear up ALL of our beautiful wood floors (honestly one of the main selling points when we bought the condo) and also cut out and replace many lower sections of our walls. Everything had to be treated for mold, sealed up in plastic, then have air purifiers and fans run. Then the actual construction to replace all of the flooring and walls. We were out of our condo for MONTHS. And over a year later Irwindale still refuses to take responsibility for what they did. We were forced to pay entirely out of pocket for the costs of remediation and file a lawsuit - a lawsuit where they are still refusing to take accountability and trying to avoid the massive damages they caused to our home. If you have a massive job with dozens of windows, maybe Irwindale will take their time and properly install them. But if you are just a regular customer who *only" buys $15,000 worth of windows, they couldn't care less about destroying your home or doing a quality installation.

From our initial inquiry, communication was outstanding. Responsive, professional, and made the entire process easy from the start. Scheduling was straightforward, and they kept us informed every step of the way. They showed up exactly when they said they would and delivered the project within the timeframe promised. What stood out most was how organized and efficient they were. Frank and Joe make a fantastic team. They worked diligently, paid close attention to detail, and took great pride in their craftsmanship. They also made sure the work area was cleaned up thoroughly each day and that everything was completed properly before leaving. Replacing windows and a sliding door can seem like a major project, but they made it a completely painless process. The quality of their work exceeded our expectations, and the professionalism they demonstrated throughout the project was truly commendable. I highly recommend Home time Windows. We are extremely happy with the results and will definitely be calling them again when it's time to replace our bay window. Thank you Frank and Joe for an excellent job!

No issues during install except a broken piece inside a curtain shade (made by 3rd party) that they will replace. Windows are beautiful, so clean and clear it makes the world look more beautiful. It's like taking off a pair of fuzzy, dirty glasses, lens, and getting Lasik eye surgery. Every window is neat and pristine at the finish. The Installers Danny, Vincent & Joe were super professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Danny made sure he had the correct curtains per window by triple checking with me throughout the process They made me feel very comfortable as the only person in my house as they all worked. They moved any items out of their way and cleaned up after themselves. Most of the mess comes from the demolition portion. Very little clean up left for me. Drop cloths laid down to prevent dirtying the floors. I would hire Hometime again for any future window or door project.

So I told him that I had called a window shop on facebook marketplace located close by and they said my window was a special order and it wasn't Milgard he then said it would be ready in 2 days for $280 I then walked in to the Milgard shop I gave him the measurements and he pointed out a Milgard window in the show room that it would look like. I gave him the total amount he quoted me which was $60 dollars more than the other none Milgard brand. He said he could have done within one week because he does a lot of business with special orders and bulk amounts of windows. Two weeks later nothing no call nothing. I called him and he seriously for got to order my window. He called me back the next day and said the window will be ready in 2 days. I picked up the window without looking for the Milgard logo as it was wrapped up and I had my handy man waiting at my house ready to install it.. After my guy installed it, I then proceeded to notice it wasn't a Milgard window. I called him back and he said I never ordered a Milgard window..and to show him the receipt when he never gave me one. Why would I go through all that trouble to go to a Milgard window shop and pay more. DO NOT TRUST THIS MAN.. I see why him and his brother had a falling out and went their separate ways.. He lies, greed and and a good faith hand shake on a deal is worthless... As you can see this window doesn't have the Milgard logos or the made on date warranty numbers on it... Again check all your windows as he might sneak in a cheaper window.

Previously we had horrible glass doors that were in our bedroom. We fought every day to close them and it sounded like chalkboards while shutting! We also needed double pane windows because of the loud sounds and SoCal heat just fighting our air conditioning. First Anthony was very kind and welcoming on the phone and made sure we got all our questions and requests answered. Garret did a great job helping us assess and choose the right mirror sliding doors and talking to us about double pane windows being honest about what we really needed-- they were very honest and never pushed for more-- with his help we choose really nice ones with three tracks that allow each glass door to glide separately and smoothly! It sounds awesome on the ears and incredible on the hands after months with the bad glass doors we had. Just great velvet smooth moving and sounding doors idk how to explain the quality of these things! Everything now moves very well with the closet and the new windows looking clean and working great! David and Dakota who did the full installations were very nice and kind! We enjoyed having them over working at our home. They also had good advice and input on different ways to install the windows and were very respectful in our home! They even took extra steps that didn't need to but offered it kindly when I asked. (Taking out extra things in the closet that were already broken, shoes off in the rooms, etc.) The glass sliding doors were McCoy M-3000 thicker frames with dark bronze oil look -- with three sliding tracks for each glass door. The price is worth it and we highly recommend them! Overall 5/5 Stars for service, quality, and value for the team you are working with.

He was nice and explained everything. Plus gave suggestions... I gave a downpayment of 10% for everything to proceed. They then ordered it. Rough estimate would be 3-4 weeks for the entire process. They have a physical store in norco which was being run by Andres' wife. After 3 weeks or so give or take... i got a message that they were ready to install. Well within the time frame.... They informed me when they were on the way. They probably took roughly 2.5 hours. Lucas, Andres' son was present. Nothing was rushed and i saw how they handled everything... They can reuse your old door handle... but in my case, i bought a new one... just because. The price: It's pretty fair. It isn't cheap but you get what you paid for. For the peace of mind... ill do it again. Since i got a door replacement, everything was included. From removing the old one , to clean up, trash, installing... and thankfully.... the door i got doesn't need any paint. So it's pretty good. Threshold was top notch. And it seems water / insects wont be able to pop in. Will i choose to work with them again? Probably yes... Once i opt for a screen door... maybe in a couple more months once it gets a little bit cooler.
