He was willing to work within my budget without compromising the quality of his work. Omar finished the project in 2 days. He was extremely careful no to damage the grass or anything around the pool while doing the installation. We recently hired Grand View Painting to paint the outside of our stucco house.  This is not the…read morefirst time we've used this company.  They do quality work.  Our stucco needed repair work done in many places, and our wood windows needed lots of sanding.  They did an excellent job with both.  Many painters will skimp on the prep work, but they took care to prep very well.  Afterwards the painting itself was also excellent. I saw some other review on Yelp (January 2019) stating the price of the job was changed while the painting was going on.  I feel I should add that this has never happened with us during any of the times we've used this company.  We were given a written contract with a set price at the beginning of the job, and that's the price we paid. I had gotten 3 estimates before I found Miguel and let's just say that Miguel offers extremely reasonable prices. Two of the quotes I received were at least double of what Miguel quoted me. Miguel is easy to communicate with and reviewed all the work I requested. I wanted new flooring, wall paneling removed and smoothed out with new paint, change of all the fixtures and exhaust fan, change the shower door and mirror, and add a recessed light over the shower. He provided the quote and we agreed to a payment plan. He informed me of everything that I needed to purchase on my end and have ready for his team when they arrived. They were punctual and very respectful of the space and clean as well. You can tell Miguel really takes pride in his work and even went above and beyond what we originally agreed to. I also asked him to change out the vanity in the guest bathroom as a last minute request and he was able to help me with that too. Overall, we had a wonderful experience working with Miguel and his team and will definitely call him for any future projects!
