We went to 3 fabricators prior to going to Tampa Bay Marble and Granite. We spent a lot of time in the process with those 3 fabricators, and none of them called us back after the fact.  I figured that the companies are too busy due to the recent hurricanes.  When we went to Tampa Bay Marble and Granite, we felt like we were their only customer with the time that they spent with us and the constant connection they maintained with us. Upon our first contact with Raphael, we were so relaxed and became confident that this process will be so much better than the other three.  He was so kind and upbeat.  With the help of Marcella, we actually decided on an even more beautiful counter that we initially thought would be out of our price range.  Every stop along the way, each person we met through the process was kind and patient with us.  The focus on detail and making sure it was everything we loved was as if they were making counters for themselves. When we went to view the layout prior to actual fabrication, we were all laughing together.  A nice memory for us. She invited me to cone tape out each piece and thoroughly explained what to look for. I had my granite in a week from template. I would highly recommend Jennifer. She sent her installers to my home and they were equally as good. My cabinets needed to be secured and they did what they needed to do and made sure all was perfect when they left.

SehlStone: Good morning, I can do that $2,500 installed. If you'd like I can bring samples? Me: It's a four hour job, max. At $2,500, that is $625 per hour. When did you want to start. SehlStone : No plus materials, labor, and have to make a small profit. Can do this week or next. Me: A vanity is about $150., pipes about $40., and new faucet $100: $290 for supplies leaving a small profit of $2,210 for a four hour job. I feel like I'm taking advantage of your kindness. I do not feel right about ripping you off. I guess I could add a tip to make it fairer to you. SehlStone: On second thought, never mind. You obviously haven't seen prices lately.
