Very disappointing customer experience. I spent over $1,000 in just two weeks, and everything has…read morebeen a struggle. I paid for same-day delivery, but it came the next day. The items were left outside instead of being brought inside, and they got wet from the rain. I had to bring them back to the store myself to exchange them. Then I had to go to another store because the first location was out of stock. The replacement item could not be delivered or picked up, and when I wanted to return everything, I was told I had to bring all the items back to the store myself--even though I originally ordered online. Requiring customers to stay home for a signature is also unreasonable. The worst part is the lack of clear information and poor customer service. If I could give 1 star, I would. I will definitely share this experience with my friends and others so they know how customers are treated.

It is run…read moreby a woman, Franzi, who knows exactly what she is doing - and as she is the buyer for most of the slabs, she is very knowledgeable about them. Their warehouse is clean and huge, with more granite options and selections than I ever could have imagined. It is all very organized and neat, with slabs clearly marked as to what price range they fall into. Unlike other stores, you walk around on your own, and make notations as to what you like, although the personnel are more than willing to offer suggestions, too. Their website is amazing also, with a complete list of what is currently in stock. I love that they have multiples of almost every granite slab, all carefully numbered so you can be certain to get two slabs, if necessary, with similar colors and patterns. This is more of a supply place - after picking out the slab you're interested in, you need to contact a company to provide a cost for cutting/installing, etc. If you're in the hunt for a new granite countertop, make sure you start here.

A business that has a beautiful showroom coupled with a very pretentious presentation, but operates…read morein the dark ages of how we have all worked over the last 25+ years. Despite having a retail presence and welcoming anyone in, they operate as a wholesaler refusing to give anyone but a confirmed fabricator or contractor the price of the material. They protect and hide the margin that those individuals are adding on to the material. This business model also hides the true cost of the material. All of these materials are available at plenty of other stone businesses. Do an internet search and you'll find businesses that are local that carry the same material and you'll find businesses on the internet that have the same material. And guess what they will tell you the price, and they will even ship it. It is time to breakup this old boys club of protecting one another. Buy the material yourself, and then shop for a fabricator who will do the work for you. It will save you a ton of money.
