So I went on Youtube and saw how simple the repair is, one single bolt is all that holds the A.C. capacitor inside the unit. I contacted Grainger and wrote down the item # off the old part and they had what I needed in stock! The new part was $23, I bolted the part in myself and saved hundreds of dollars and from start to finish, it took 9 minutes to fix. The A.C. is blowing out ice cold and like new. I have never worked on any A.C. units ever, so if I can fix it, anyone can fix one. I will never use an A.C. person ever again. I am used to wires working in a hospital, as long as you have patience and wires don't freak you out, a child can rebuild any A.C. system. For years I have been hiring professionals and have probably thrown away thousands of dollars. Every single component inside every central A.C. system is held in with a bolt and a color coded wire, its literally that simple!
