We had to call to find out if we had a future appointment. The second appointment they were very late and never called to let us know they were still coming. We had a design project for the backyard and they never even bothered to even set foot in the backyard , measure it , or look at the trees or the shade patterns or the elevations. When we questioned them, they said that we had dogs so that was why they did not go back there. But the dogs are kept in a room in the house and not allowed to run free . the backyard is not fenced so they just had to walk around the house to the backyard to enter In the end, they accused us of being in the wrong somehow and through extensive negotiation, we received half of our deposit back, Owner Mike Linn was smooth and charming in the beginning and was at the end, rude raised his voice to me , and accused us of lying. Which is remarkable since all we wanted was a simple backyard Landscape design. We feel fortunate to have escaped with minimal emotional and financial damage. They had to remove a 6x6 post along with remnants of some other fence post that was here from long ago. They performed a very nice neat clean job. They showed up when they said they would and did exactly everything by the book which also means filing permits and arranging inspections which is always PITA. From the 3 bids I got they were not the most expensive nor the cheapest but what they were was responsive and followed through with their work which is rare to find a residential contractor like this in Florida. Would use again when the rest of the wood fence finally falls apart

We got our estimate fast and were scheduled for our new fence a few months later. This delay was completely understandable considering how much damage there was in our area. On our scheduled date, two workers showed up on time and spent the better part of a day replacing our old wooden fence with a new, vinyl one. I can't say enough good things about the value, quality product, and customer service we received. We are 100% pleased and would definitely recommend Andrew Ryan Outdoor Design for all of your related needs! THANK YOU !!

I came home and saw what you did, and I am in AWE!  Our counters are artwork that makes us smile every day and throughout the day.  Your business ethic is above and beyond. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, and God bless all of you! Our counters are beautiful and so much better than we imagined them to be. We went to 3 fabricators prior to going to Tampa Bay Marble and Granite. We spent a lot of time in the process with those 3 fabricators, and none of them called us back after the fact.  I figured that the companies are too busy due to the recent hurricanes.  When we went to Tampa Bay Marble and Granite, we felt like we were their only customer with the time that they spent with us and the constant connection they maintained with us. Upon our first contact with Raphael, we were so relaxed and became confident that this process will be so much better than the other three.  He was so kind and upbeat.  With the help of Marcella, we actually decided on an even more beautiful counter that we initially thought would be out of our price range.  Every stop along the way, each person we met through the process was kind and patient with us.  The focus on detail and making sure it was everything we loved was as if they were making counters for themselves. When we went to view the layout prior to actual fabrication, we were all laughing together.  A nice memory for us. Such wonderful people.  Initially, we thought we would have to have a seam due to the length of the bar area; however, Marcella found a better way to lay it all out so there would not be a seam there.  It was an enjoyable experience.  We told our contractor to recommend you first if he needed to find a fabricator for customers.  He was impressed with the results of the counter also, and I was glad he got to meet Marcelo. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Paul and Anne-Marie

They're pricing was so good that we were able to go up granite levels and still be under the pricing of some others. The dates of templating and installation were provided the same day and were accurate. The install was beautiful but the biggest, pleasant surprise was no seams, none, nada. There was a fairly substantial 10'x4.5' L-section and it was all one piece. This doesn't happen all the time as I've seen neighbors with seams in smaller sections. This is a testament to the quality of work during fabrication. When we do the master bath, we will most certainly be back!
