I had a few different people come out to look at it only to be extremely baffled and offer no solution. It continued to get worse. I was literally sweeping up pales of concrete sand every month.. situation was getting dire. I didn't know if my house was unstable and I imagined it was going to cost a fortune to fix. That's when I randomly connected with Adam Case on Yelp. He reached out, and was at my house later that day. He was very personable and, after talking with him for a couple minutes, it was apparent he was very knowledgeable. Although my situation was extremely unique, he had worked up a plan within minutes to repair and stabilize the wall. He came back out within a week and had it fixed up at a very fair price! A huge weight off my shoulders. I recommend Adam Case Concrete to anyone and everyone and I will be contracting him again for future concrete work, no doubt!

Lindsay came out and walked me through my options, explained the process, and even modified a permit I already had with the city to grandfather me in for a wider driveway. The pavers are beautiful and of high quality. We remained flexible with our times and because of that they were able to squeeze us in between a couple of bigger jobs much sooner. They came out in the morning, and by the time I got home from work our new driveway was there! Had people over that night and they all ooohed and aaahed about how beautiful it was. I must reiterate, we had some really high quotes from some contractors that gave us a fraction of the personal attention. JR Pavers had a reasonable price with great product and customer service! Would hire them again in an instant!

Called Lindsey and she came out and said she doesn't feel it was an installation issue and would give me a quote to fix it. I had two other pavers companies come out and they both said the job was not done correctly and were shocked they were not standing behind their work. We had other issues that annoyed us with during the work but let them go. Example - when removing old driveway/part of lawn they broke water line and we paid to fix it, had to call them to pick up mess left behind, they did not cement pavers down that hung over patio and if you stepped on a paver the whole paver would come up. They told us to buy a bag of cement. We went back and forth and finally my husband bought cement and did it. They showed up months later out of the blue with no notice to fix it only because they were giving my son a quote (luckily for my son he checked reviews and decided to go with another company). We spent about $15K on our driveways. VERY DISAPPOINTED that we have to pay someone to come fix what they didn't do correctly! Do your research and if they have bad reviews believe the bad reviews! The contract said they were supposed to level the floor to the existing house floor. The actual floor ended up 6" out of level leaving a significant drop. They refused to make it right. It cost me thousands to get it within 3" of level. They also cut the enlarged entrance out of square. That cost me an additional 300 to square it up. I do not recommend then to do anything. A company that won't correct errors need to gho out of business.

In total, Luxscapes installed a perfect sized paver patio, planted 3 large privacy bushes, four palms (on the larger size) and numerous small plantings to accompany the palm "islands". It looks like we live in a tropical island now! The landscaping products he uses are extremely healthy, green and lush. The irrigation drip lines, extra sod, and mulch were all taken care of as well. Im writing this…read morereview because per the email the company will not honor your warranty unless you add a review. Also, in the email the company states they will pay previous customers for referrals. The good and bad: *Overall the project is complete and we now have a large space to relax and enjoy our backyard. *We picked this company because they stated that some of the funds are given back to charity or used for missions. *The people actually doing the work, work so very hard! Concerns/issues: *They dont treat the workers well. Workers are left onsite all day with no transportation and have no bathrooms, food, or shade. I cant even imagine after 10+ hours where they used the bathroom in our yard. *They constantly left garbage around for us to pick up. They even left a bunch of garbage in my laundry basket. I provided black lawn bags for use every day but garbage was not disposed of properly. * The workers do not speak English so there was no way for us to communicate with them and plans were not explained accurately from the main office to the crew as they began working. They used a map that I drew and made mistakes they had to fix. *The people who completed the steps to the pool were from a different company and again they did not know the plans. I had to explain the plan to them and show them pictures. The railing for the steps was built so high we had to raise our arms all the way up just to reach. Also the railing wasnt properly screwed in all the way creating a safety hazard. They did eventually come back and fix this. *The company used a medium duty landscape fabric from Home Depot under the rocks and we are already battling a ton of weeds in the rock areas. We asked that they use something better but we were told no and they instead overlapped the medium strength landscape material. They stated that we can just call and they will come back and pull the weeds but its only two weeks later and we already have a bunch of weeds coming through. I can't imagine having to call every two weeks for weed removal. *Play sand was used to fill the spaces in between the pavers instead of paver sand. *A pile of rock was left in the driveway for my husband and I to take of. This easily could've been added to the rock area in the backyard where the landscape fabric is showing. *Many adjustments had to continuously be made due to the language barrier we had with the crew. *Dangerous objects were consistently left lying around. They know we have a dog. We were told that its a construction site and our dog couldnt use the backyard. Blades, knives, and other dangerous objects were left around the yard and not put away. *We had a hurricane expected to come through the area and no one contacted us to make sure their tools and supplies were picked up as not to be a hazard to our property or our neighbors property. We had to clean up all of their tools and store them in our shed. Overall, I cannot say I would recommend them to someone. We feel it was a stressful process and we feel awful for the conditions the crew has to work in.

We have been very pleased with the finished product, and feel like we got our money's worth. We would definitely consider contracting with them again when another maintenance job is required. I had an extremely negative experience with Hage Fence & Repair and want to share it to help others…read moremake an informed decision. An individual identifying himself as "Jason," who stated he was associated with this company, entered a private property that was clearly marked "No Trespassing." When questioned, he claimed to be a surveyor but refused to provide any identification. In Florida, surveyors are required to carry and show proper credentials when asked. During his time on the property, a PVC pipe was damaged. When this was brought to his attention, he refused to take responsibility or make any effort to repair it and left the property. His conduct was unprofessional, disrespectful, and concerning--especially toward a homeowner who was home alone with a young infant. This experience raised serious concerns about the company's professionalism, accountability, and respect for property rights. I would strongly advise others to verify credentials and consider alternative companies before hiring Hage Fence & Repair. UPDATE: Thank you for your reply. To clarify: the individual named Jason represented himself as being associated with your company at the time of the incident. The issue described in this review pertains to his conduct based on that representation. If Jason was not acting on your company's behalf, I would be glad to update or redirect this review once that is confirmed. For accuracy, this review was not written by the neighboring homeowner. The police were contacted due to concerns about Jason potentially returning to the property after entering without permission--not by your company.
