My (as the menu clearly states) "half pound burger in a wrap" was probably 1/4 of a pound light. Wait til you see the photo. So, all the good service and reasonably good food was ruined by Swifty's trying to either take advantage of customers incrementally hundreds of times a day (order by order) - or - they have a location chef and manager who tolerate food leaving their kitchen that is not as advertised or up to the standard which allowed them to open 3 locations. It's one or the other. Will we be back? I don't know. We really wanted this to be great. We live in the Northwest Corner of CT, my son goes to college in Rochester, this location is literally (to the mile) half-way between. We make the trip weekly due to his athletics schedule. Inside, the space features a long new bar, several tables, and a clean, welcoming atmosphere with excellent music at a moderate volume--loud enough to enjoy but quiet enough for conversation. Since I was alone, I took a comfortable seat at the bar and sampled a few beers, probably chatting with the bartenders and owner a bit too much (though they were all very nice, attentive, and helpful). The hazy IPAs I tried were quite good, particularly "The Wilds," and the sour beer on draft was delicious. I had already had a couple of drinks elsewhere, so I couldn't try as many as I would have liked, but they had plenty of cans available to go, which I eagerly grabbed.
