Samsung has made its new TVs extremely challenging for your average joe to get its new sets up and working without help--and I use to sell advance computer systems, so I thought could do it----NOT!Lexx Audio & Video did a great job getting the heavy base on and connecting the other boxes--that the instructions do a very poor job of explaining. The real problem was the awful mandatory App set up and the unforgivable way the colors and contracts came with the tv when we turned it on. The last two items took over 90 minutes to set up. Again, impossible without Less Audio & Video assistance. The price for the service and assistance was more than fair and Randy is great to talk to. Just be sure you do as much as possible to the App and TV settings vs Randy, so you know how to make changes. Also Lexx Audio & Video were very responsive to my quote and texts. I'll use them again if I ever get another tv for the house.
