If I could give 10 stars I would! I was beyond frustrated with my outdoor pool audio system! We could never get the speakers to communicate with the receiver correctly from the beginning. Robert was kind enough to fit us in at very short notice since another company failed to show up. He was brusque and yet a little know-it-all-ish at the same time. He said things like visible wires were like nails on a chalkboard and he will not do them. However, he did have a lot of good information and once we got past his demeanor, he was able to give us ideas on how to set up both our family room and our media room in our new home. His visit was on May 5. He was supposed to get us an estimate. On May 6 I sent him a text asking him to add a couple of more items to the estimate. That was the last time I heard from him. It is now May 12. I just sent him another text and maybe he will reply. My husband is disabled and we just really want to get a nice area set up for him to watch movies and TV. But I guess we will end up using another service. Thank you anyway. Let me just edit this now to say that Robert had enough time to call me this morning and was rather upset at this review. From the start the business only wanted to sell me another perform the service I needed. First my mount was wrong and I needed to buy a new one, then why did I buy my TV the specs are bad. Was very impressed with the quality of the work performed, however it is not exactly the work I wanted. Robert did not consult with me on where exactly I wanted my TV placed before mounting it. He placed it over the mantle where I asked, but he placed it directly on top of the mantle, effectively killing my use of the mantle. I did not notice it until he was gone (he started the installation before I got home), and I emailed and asked him to center the TV between the mantle and celing. He said he would come back to do it...haven't heard from him since. A bigger issue I have is that the written estimate he gave me states at the bottom that he will only take partial payment at the beginning of the project with the rest due upon completion. When he ran my card however, he charged the full amount. I let it slide, because I was sure he was going to do a great job. In retrospect, I wish I had made him refund the full amount and take a partial payment as he said. At least that way I would have had some sway over having him install the TV the way I wanted. Now he has made it obvious he has no reason to come back. read more
