Robert was kind enough to fit us in at very short notice since another company failed to show up. He was brusque and yet a little know-it-all-ish at the same time. He said things like visible wires were like nails on a chalkboard and he will not do them. However, he did have a lot of good information and once we got past his demeanor, he was able to give us ideas on how to set up both our family room and our media room in our new home. His visit was on May 5. He was supposed to get us an estimate. On May 6 I sent him a text asking him to add a couple of more items to the estimate. That was the last time I heard from him. It is now May 12. I just sent him another text and maybe he will reply. My husband is disabled and we just really want to get a nice area set up for him to watch movies and TV. But I guess we will end up using another service. Thank you anyway. Let me just edit this now to say that Robert had enough time to call me this morning and was rather upset at this review.
