I was told there would be a project manager on site while the work was being done. Not only was the PM not on site at all except when the materials were dropped off, but I had to use Google translate to talk to the workers to ask questions because no one spoke English which made it difficult bringing up concerns. 2.) They busted one of my windows and cracked another. I brought it up and was told the windows would get replaced, but it's been over a month and they are still broken. 3.) Again it's been over a month and the leftover materials are still sitting in my yard. 4.) They also broke several planters and caused my power to go out which I normally wouldn't be upset about cause things happen and it was easy to cut back on but why not add this in with the rest of the complaints. If these things had been fixed, I wouldn't complain, but I've called several times over these 5 or so weeks and keep getting told it will be corrected within a few days, but it has not been. Considering the reviews they had, I expected much better.

This was not just an inconvenience--it was an unacceptable experience that has left us extremely dissatisfied. Communication from both the project manager and crew was virtually nonexistent. There were multiple days when no one showed up at all, and other days where productivity appeared minimal at best. We were originally told this would be a one- to two-day project. Instead, it took seven days to complete what should have been a basic roof replacement. That level of inefficiency and lack of coordination is inexcusable. Even more concerning was the condition in which our property was left. Nails were scattered throughout the yard, debris was left behind--including cigarette butts--and there was little to no regard for cleanup or the safety of my family and pets. This created a legitimate safety hazard. At one point, a member of my household stepped on a nail. Fortunately, it did not puncture the skin due to thick footwear, but the situation could have easily resulted in serious injury. That level of negligence is unacceptable. To make matters worse, the roof was not completed as expected, and despite repeated attempts to get answers or support, follow-up from the company has been severely lacking. We were told multiple times that someone from upper management would contact us--yet weeks later, we have heard nothing. Instead, we continue to receive generic emails suggesting they would like to do future work for us, which is both tone-deaf and frustrating given our experience. While some form of compensation was offered, it was nowhere near adequate considering the delays, safety hazards, and overall lack of professionalism we endured. Overall, this experience demonstrated a serious breakdown in communication, project management, and basic respect for a customer's home and safety. I cannot recommend this company under any circumstances.

And criticized the stepped flashing (claiming that hem sealed flashing is superior and stepped flashing is a downgrade): did some digging, and stepped flashing is recommended for my particular application. An estimate came to me: the link did not work. After repeated asks, a screen shot came to me. The estimate was very pricey.

I have a record of first call and no show February 13th, then again March 16th, again April 10th. On April 12th Blanton finally showed up in person just to assess what needed to be done. He insisted on a prepayment which made me really uncomfortable given that he hadn't shown up 3 separate times already. And I was right unfortunately, once again not showing up on the agreed upon day nor the next nor the next and not responding to calls or texts until I told him how unprofessional to which he responded as if I offended him. Not thinking of the fact that it was my money and him not showing up that was the issue. I finally had to go out of town for 10 days so I called upon my return and he finally showed up and got part of the job done, forgetting that he was supposed to repair the screen door as well. He took the door with him. And once AGAIN he hasn't shown up on the following day as agreed upon. If a customer can't trust your word, how does that reflect on you as a business owner?
