Yesterday was the 4th time I visited Vapor Supply and left without the product I came to buy. The staff member who helped me did not know what KangerTech dual coils are and tried to sell me something else that wouldn't work. He also didn't know anything about my KangerTech tank in spite of the fact that I purchased it at Vapor Supply two months ago. He claimed that they did not and have not sold those tanks in the past. If you are looking for a well stocked vape shop with a knowledgeable staff then this is not the shop you are looking for. It seems to be a hang out rather than a business. If you want a vape lounge that lets you taste flavors and hang out all day then this might be the place you're looking for... just don't expect them to stock your product when you need more. They will either be out of stock or have no idea what you are talking about. read more

Very friendly and incredibly patient with newbies. Took the time to explain/set up my tank and battery. You can test every flavor and they have a ton! Just added a rewards program. Nice interior with snacks and drinks. read more

These guys are crooks. Bought a new high end rda that doesn't work right they couldn't get it to work and offered no help. Do yourself a favor a find somewhere else to buy. I try to buy local to support local businesses even though it's cheaper online but not anymore. read more

Upon checking the tracking information it indicated that a label was created, but the item was never turned over to the Postal Service. After 10 days I contacted them via email. No response. I tried three more times within the next week. Nothing. I called their business and have been continually getting, the runaround. I highly recommend this company if you are seriously interested in getting absolutely nothing for your money. I am warning you to steer clear from this bogus, fraudulent company. Beware.
