This rocked my world. It was my first meal right after I got off the plane, so perhaps my starving stomach might be biased; but I found it incredibly delicious. It's also a really cool concept. They give you a card and when you order, you scan you card so it carries the info. You can customize your order and then see it made right in front of you. You can continue ordering drinks at the bar using the same card scanning method. When you're ready to leave, just bring it to the cashier. read more

I was in Stuttgart on a business trip and this place saved me. First of all it was close to my hotel making it really convenient but also as a lone diner it was a great place to have dinner at. Things I like about Vapiano in general: I quite like the concept of Vapiano. Main things I like 1. You are given a card which is used to keep track of what you ordered and then you use it at the end to pay. 2. The menu is really easy to read and understand. 3. Food is made fast and queues aren't very long 4. Food is fresh and is made on the spot. 5. Prices are decent. Good value! The space was spacious and had a cool buzz to it. I def recommend going for this. read more

I must admit I absolutely LOVE this concept. Fresh ingredients cooked upon order right in front of your eyes!! I meannnn!!!! It just doesn't get better than that! We had pasta and salads- all was delicious! Magnifique! read more

We went there with two kids, because we like the food and they have a cute kids corner with toys. They have a kids meal on their menu but did not have the "plane" noodles our kids were excited about. (This happened a few weeks ago already, but we were late that day so we thought they ran out of the noddles). Later we wanted to get dessert, but they only had one dessert to choose and this was with alcohol and caffeinated. The kids were disappointed again. We were there for lunch, before noon time. No way they are sold out this time! Nonetheless Food was okay, but had to wait pretty long. Not sure, if we will come back soon. read more

I love the concept of Vapiano I have visited several of them in Germany. The one in Mannheim and now the location in Stuttgart. I must say the service sucks. The restaurant was empty until you when to the salad and pasta lines. I actually had the nerve to want pizza. There was only one family in front of me and we waited. I would have understood had there be short staffed. The staff is not customer centric. Its disappointing as the expediting of orders and actually helping customers is third nature. There is something wrong with a model that continues to step on success. If there was a manager present they need to be fired. I would do the job as I am HR. The last thing you want is long lines that are not be serviced timely. The only good part of the visit was the cup of cappuccino. While the lady wasn't sure of what I wanted bailey's and cappuccino she was at least attentive of my request. read more

The carbonara has been a favorite but this time it felt like there was almost no sauce so the pasta was incredibly dry tasting. I do like that you can customize your pasta pretty much any way you want and they give very good portion sizes but this one was just okay.

My pomodoro-styled Tagliatelle with salmon was very well prepared and tasty. One my have expected the chunked salmon to be overcooked and tough, but they were very tender. Indoor and outdoor dining options were both appealing. Note: Be cautious of the ATM next door, which will charge exorbitant FX rate and surcharges.

Lage: Das Vapiano Stgt-West liegt einwenig abseits vom Zentrum. Parkplätze sind aber doch sehr rar. Service: Die Qualität im Service ist sicher ein Manko. Liegt wohl an der hohen Fluktuation der Mitarbeiter. Ambiente: Die Einrichtung ist modern und insgesamt ist alles sehr aufgelockert. Hier kann man sich gut mit ein paar Freunden treffen. Essen: Die Karte enthält neben Pasta und Pizza auch noch viele Desserts, so dass eigentlich jeder fündig werden sollte. Die Qualität und der Geschmack können in der Regel überzeugen. Vor allem die Pizza" Vitello Tonnato" schmeckt klasse. Für mich, trotz meiner Kritik am Service, 4 Sterne wert. read more

Schlechteste Pizza aller Zeiten, es sei denn, man akzeptiert eine Art Pfannkuchen mit Belag drauf als eine solche... War schlicht nicht richtig gebacken, der Belag mit billigsten Zutaten schlecht abgeschmeckt. Nach Nachbacken daheim war der Teig durchaus gut. Aber - wie gesagt - "Zeug drauf schmeissen" macht auch aus einem guten Teig keine Pizza. Ich geh da nicht mehr hin. Fazit: nicht akzeptable Qualität bei anspruchsvoller Preisgestaltung und ohne den Hauch eines italienischen Flairs. read more

Ich gehe immer wieder gerne zu Vapiano, die Nudeln sind einfach klasse. Hier kann ich besonders die Carbonara oder Scampi e Spinaci empfehlen! Das Ambiente ist super, nur kam es mir schon manchmal so vor, dass es in der Stadtmitte alles etwas besser schmeckt. Liegt vielleicht daran, dass sich die Köche noch vollends einkochen müssen, ist ja noch relativ neu! Aber trotzdem sehr sehr toll! read more

Antipasti-Vorspeisen-Teller sehr lecker. Pizza durchweg gut nicht das Non-plus Ultra, aber schön dünner Boden und am Belag nichts zu meckern. Wenn man länger sitzen bleiben will sind die Barhocker-Tische mit dem Gemüse in der Mitte etwas unchillig hat was Barriere-Artiges wenns aber gut läuft kann man sich auch in die Couches oder draussen hinlümmeln. Alles in Allem gerne wieder. read more

War das erste mal im Vapiano und kannte das Konzept woher nicht. Für ein gemütliches Abendessen sollte man woanders hingehen, da es sehr laut und hektisch zugeht. Das Essen sieht dafür sehr gut aus. Hat uns aber nicht wirklich gut geschmeckt. Würde dennoch sagen, Preis-Leistung isi ok, daher 2 Sterne. read more

Also das Konzept ist grauenvoll. Dieses Gerät zur Benachrichtigung, dass die Pizza fertig ist, zerstört jede Gemütlichkeit. Die Preise sind in Anbetracht der Selbstbedienung eigentlich ziemlich frech. Noch dazu, wenn die Pizza der Wagnerpizza aus der Gefriere recht ähnlich ist. read more

Um schnell was zu essen immer gut. Ist natürlich kein richtiger Italiener, wer aber das erwartet muss woanders hingehen. Bei der Pizza kommt es immer darauf an wer sie macht. Für junge Familien super. Alles in allem gut. read more

Die Nudelgerichte und der Salat sind wirklich gut. Die Pizza ist leider zum abgewöhnen! Man muss schon ziemlich viel Zeit und Geduld mitbringen, bis man hier sein Essen bekommt. Dafür ist das Ambiente gut gelungen. read more

Das Preisleistungsverhältnis ist super und für einen kurzen Snack, kann man das Vapiano durch und durch empfehlen. Gelegentlich sind die Mitarbeiter etwas im Stress, aber darüber wollen wir mal hinweg sehen. read more
