The…read moreminimalist design of the place truly captures the essence of a clear and calm mindset in which you can feel relaxed in. Which in this case, is far more surprising, considering that the businesses within the same plaza look and feel as rundown as it gets. Took my car to get it serviced at the American Tire Depot nearby and was curious about the place and decided to take a look. Upon entering the shop, I was immediately greeted by the owner, Scott, in a very kind, friendly, open and professional manner. Nothing like the many smoke shops I frequent that are run by what looks like high school kids that insist on calling me "bro" or some who don't even say anything at all. On top of all this, Scott knows his shit. He doesn't half-ass his business in hopes of rushing you out the door. You want a recommendation? He'll break his products down for you. Scott is clearly a sharp, well-spoken and genuinely welcoming dude. It felt like I was catching up with an old friend. I'll definitely be coming back.

I recently went to a shop out in Riverside (Royal…read moreHaze Smoke and Vape) and the guy there was so so rude and I'm pretty sure he upcharged me as I paid basically $40 for a single UT vape!! I always get charged here between $25-$30! I recently moved to Riverside with my girlfriend and I was in need of a new vape, but didn't feel like driving all the way to oc for a new one. I will never ever cheat on this place ever again, and I will willingly make that hour long drive to come back every single time. The staff here is always so friendly! I once purchased a brand new vape, tested it out and it was a complete dud so the worker was so kind to replace it with a new one! Everyone here has always been so kind and very friendly, I've even came in like 10 minutes before closing (I work only night shifts and sometimes get off work at 11-11:30pm) and they've never expressed any sort of disappointment and annoyance every time I walk in as I'm usually just in and out. Even if I'm just standing looking at a new flavor to try, they've always acknowledged my presence and will tell me to just let them know whenever i'm ready. Sometimes when I ask for recommendations they will always give me some new flavors to try and if they personally like it as well, which is 10/10 customer service. Will always recommend this place to anyone who asks me where I go. Thank you for being so friendly every time, and i'm so sorry I cheated on yall but never again lol!

This is the "Cheers" of Vape Stores. Not only are they the…read moreoldest vape store in California (remember when every Tom, Dick and Harry opened up a vape store a decade ago?), but they are BY far, the most knowledgeable, friendly, and customer service oriented vape shop I have ever been to- period. The store is in a great location- easy to get to, with lots of parking (handicapped access is right in front), and awesome hours every day of the week. The store is well lit, SUPER clean, well organized, with a wide variety of vapes, mods, coils, juices, single use vapes, salts, thanks, you name it. For those on a budget- prices are ALWAYS on the lower side of reasonable, and they have a sale case as well. Are you Military or First Responder? They PROUDLY give you your discount- just ask. If their prices, products, and location isn't enough to sway you- their customer service will be. Each and every time I have shopped here, I have been made to feel that I am an appreciated and valued customer. And when I say this is the "Cheers" of vape stores, that's because no matter how crummy of a day I have had- they know who I am, they remember what my likes and dislikes are, and they have offered a word of encouragement along with my purchase (I'm a single mom and disabled veteran), or just let me complain without making me feel like a weirdo. Additionally, they have gone out of their way to make sure I had what I needed before I walked out of the store, even when they probably LOST money on a sale- because they realize that money doesn't grow on trees, and they want their customers to know that they appreciate them enough to do what needs to be done to KEEP them as a customer. Special thanks to the people who work there: Craig, Ashley, and to Landon, for exemplary customer service, and welcoming me to HB with such class and style. So do yourself a favor, and make it a point to stop in one of these days...you won't be disappointed. *I have provided this fair and honest review without compensation of any kind.*

Anyways, a little while ago Bear Quartz dropped a new trio 2.0 in sunset/orange color that matches my Puffco. By the time I decided to get it, completely sold out on best quartz official site. Today I made up my mind I'd get the bear quartz hot tool instead of the Puffco one, I have called I kid you not I called about 20 smoke shops in Orange County hunting down a trio 3.0, majority of them didn't even carry the trio 3.0 to begin with, some didn't even carry bear quartz at all. The ones that DID carry it stated they've been waiting for a shipment for a while now and have been sold out for over a month. I even went through bear quartz smoke shop map & NOTHING! I finally decided to call this smoke shop even tho they weren't included in the BQ map, but I've had good experiences here so far so I decided why not, I was willing to go to South OC to TRY to find one. Josh picked up the phone and answered my prayers, he made me the world's happiest little dabber. Great attitude/personality, friendly and happy to make a sale, had the EXACT trio 2.0 I was looking for and had plenty in stock. Thanks again Josh! In the process of making a story post so people know where to go!
