This was my first time at Greenleaf. I'm visiting from down south and I came in with my friend to…read morepick up a cheap vape mod to replace my broken pen at his recommendation. There were very few options to choose from. I decided to spend a little more $ to get a more reliable device. For $30+ I purchased a cheaper but effective mod after being shown what they had on display. The display was on the wall and the sales guy showed me how it worked. What I wasn't expecting was that when I said that I would take it, that he was going to give me the same device that was out on display for all of the staff and customers to touch. I asked for an open box discount and the store manager (who was not even on the sales floor but could hear me out front) called out to us that "all of the products are open box", therefore no discounts are given. Being that I was not in a position of having time to argue that the other devices that were displayed were in packaging, I took my device and left but next time I'll go somewhere where everybody's hands haven't been all over my purchase

However, within 48 hours the vape showed signs of defects stating "short circuit". I went and spoke to the guy who sold it to me and he looked at me as if I was a clown for coming back and brining it to his attention. I honestly wouldn't recommend this smoke shop because of the unprofessionalism. I've had troubles with vapes prior, however I've noticed that a more established and legit shop would've honored the products they're selling with a discount the least especially within 48 hours. Oh well it's $25 but it was very inconvenient and unprofessional. Purchase at your own risk.

I've had a few situations where electronic devises did not work properly or just stopped working and they were always very quick to say "not acceptable take a new one please" If you need a vape go there, they don't overcharge and they have a points system that equates to actual spendable money in the shop , go there for your vape every week and end up investing in something cool once you save up enough.
