So I was a frequent customer and very fond of the manager. It was enough to be a customer till today. I was treated extremely unprofessionally by the evening male employee, Trey. The encounter happened at 6/23/26 at night. I clearly showed him one of the products given to me wasn't working as advertised, and I never left outside the store. He refused to let me exchange the product, stating "Its not a vape." It's infact one of the products they give for free for giving a 5 stars review. I'm well versed in how to use the product, so it's not user error. I'm over the overpriced Tobacco/vape products, as well as the rude and lazy employees. I will not be shopping here again and will never recommend this to any friends.

They did not but when we came in they assisted in finding the coils we needed. They made casual conversation and recommended some new flavors. I love that they let you try them out! They were so sweet and gave us a first time customer discount. Then on top of that, the flavor we wanted was half price! Highly recommend this shop for their wide selection, great customer service, and good vibes. The decent prices help too!

It's very worth going to this shop and checking out all the cool stuff they have. You'll be surprised what you find in there, stuff you probably didn't even know existed. Crazy CBD strains. I was in the market for some pipe tobacco and could not find a place on 441 which sold what I liked for a good price. Behold I found Glass Chamber located next to the Jimmy John's and Mattress Firm. The shop itself is nice and new. I was helped with mere seconds of walking in and the girl who greeted me was very eager to answer all questions. I had decided to pick up some Kentucky Select tobacco. Price was pretty good and, upon getting home, found the tobacco to be of great quality. I signed up for the points membership so I will be back here soon!

I don't know that the Chill Room Original location in Lake Worth is a hidden gem, because it was…read morepretty crowded on a Sunday night. That happens to be their Poker night, so it makes complete sense. However, I think the staff, service, food, ambience, and kava are what make this place exceptional. I had been to a couple kava bars but Colton did an outstanding job of explaining the differences between the Kava and Kratom and the effects. He even did a do-over when my guest finally arrived. With such insightful guidance, I went with his recommendation of the double dragon, choosing the green tea and a shot of kava. Colton may have okay taste in English football, amazing taste in Italian football, but his choices in drinks are unparalleled. The drink was delicious, not too sweet, and perfectly balanced. If I'm being honest, this was the first time I actually felt the effects of kava. Outside, of Colton, the vibes are inviting and intimate, but not exclusive. The decor and music create a very relaxing atmosphere, which is conducive to the experience. There's a pool table and game room, a stage area, and a bar, in addition to all the couches and seats around. I didn't have any if the food this time, but they have lovely cakes and pastries, as well a pizzas and bar food. If the food is as well crafted as the rest of the place, I'll definitely be eating here next time. It's a bit of a journey for me, but the experience is well worth it. Will try to see what bands perform there and try to catch one that I like. If you're looking for a place to relax and have a great time, the Chill Room OG location is the one you want.
