The reason this store has good reviews is because they give free product for reviewing it 5 stars. I never review businesses, try to give them the benefits of the doubt, so it's saying something I felt compelled to do this. So I was a frequent customer and very fond of the manager. It was enough to be a customer till today. I was treated extremely unprofessionally by the evening male employee, Trey. The encounter happened at 6/23/26 at night. I clearly showed him one of the products given to me wasn't working as advertised, and I never left outside the store. He refused to let me exchange the product, stating "Its not a vape." It's infact one of the products they give for free for giving a 5 stars review. I'm well versed in how to use the product, so it's not user error. I'm over the overpriced Tobacco/vape products, as well as the rude and lazy employees. I will not be shopping here again and will never recommend this to any friends. read more

Completely Violated My Trust! I've been going to Exotic Vapes for years, but after today, that loyalty is gone. I was shocked when they tried to charge me double the price--and even for a third item I didn't even have. This wasn't a small mistake--it was blatant, and it felt like they thought I wouldn't notice or say anything. For a place I've supported for so long, that's a straight-up violation. You expect better from a shop you've put money into for years. But when a business starts trying to take advantage of loyal customers, it says everything about how they really operate. I bought a delta 8 product last night... it was defective did not hit. it light flashed twice meaning it was old or used. Do not buy anything from here unless you're looking to spend 40+ dollars on defective products. I told the kid working the desk that it didnt work. Went to purchase a glass piece and after doing so went to the car and started to remove the price tag. Upon doing so found that the price tag was hiding a crack in the glass. Someone had strategically placed the price tag over the crack and still put it for sale. Went in to ask for a refund seeing as there was no similar piece to exchange it for and was told that we could not get a refund. Only store credit. I've been giving store credit in the past, and if you do not use it right away, it mysteriously disappears. We would be even attempted to speak to the owner or manager, which ever it was who would not budge, even after the employee explained what happened. The sign inside the store is camouflaged by merchandise, so it was not evident that they do not do refunds. I have been a customer there for quite some time and explained that to the person in charge on the phone. Let them know that this would be a silly thing to lose business over however, he did not seem interested. Seems to me customer service does not play a role there . read more

DO NOT SHOP HERE. This business is awful. They will charge you absurd amounts for defective products and refuse returns. 4 different times I was sold defective single-use vapor products and their policy is "if you leave the store and it's defective we won't give you a refund or accept an exchange" while they won't let you try the product in the store. Their are big signs that say "no vaping in the store". Don't waste your time or money. There is a great shop in the next shopping center called E Vapor Spot. Go there!' read more

I've been here a few times; most recently, I was in a bind and needed a replacement glass piece. They have some uniquely designed pipes and standard ones, too. The exact piece I purchased previously was $5 more this time. The actual cost of these items - CENTS on the dollar, but they hike their prices way up. Don't be afraid to haggle with them, the price tags on their items are what they would like you to pay, not always what you have to pay. read more

I have purchased three or four ooze batteries from them. They keep breaking. When I go back, I get a story about using the wrong charger or to high a wattage. This time, I didn't have a receipt, I asked if they could exchange mine, that is not working properly for a new one and I would also buy another. They said no. It surprised me a little. My experience here was semi decent! Be careful with what you buy, inspect your product for cuts or holes when purchasing glass. However they exchanged mine after I had been there once to show them faulty item. After leaving I had left my review and I am editing because of the customer service that was given. They reached out and exchanged my piece no questions asked after realizing it was certainly faulty product. I will go back simply because of the fact that they made a bad situation, right. So while I encourage being careful when purchasing it is a nice place with decent prices. read more

I did not have a good experience. They day I came in two young girls were working and they seemed more interested in their conversations than helping me find eliquids I would enjoy. They didn't seem knowledgeable on their products..at least that's how they presented themselves. Probably one of the worst experiences at a vape shop..won't be coming back. read more

I attempted to return a defective device. I was advised by staff that the device was either being loaded wrong are the charge was low (only attempted to use twice). I explained that the instructions were followed specific to the manufacturer. I was then told "sorry about that, nothing I can do". Save your time and money, and stay away. read more

What an experience! My grandma is 86 today and we brought her in to buy her first Vape so she can quit smoking. Bryan and Jared are absolute darlings and took the time to make sure she got exactly what she needed. They were very sweet and polite and extremely tentative and had a large selection of vapes and glasswork. We will definitely be back!!! read more
