Been coming here every Friday for over a year. These last few months I've had nothing but issues using the REEF brand. First I get 3.5g and the bag is missing 2g? How is that even possible ? Last week I get 7g from the same brand and 3.5g has mold spores all over the nugs, absolutely ridiculous and disgusting. Talked to the manager and they said there's nothing they can do for me and that even though these issues are rare it does happen... ok? So if you know that you should help your loyal customers. This was the last time I come to this dispensary. If the product isn't dry or short it has mold so beware. read more

While I've had only very positive experiences with the kind folks at the Boca Raton West location (what a team - really top notch!) I used the delivery service yesterday and it was terrific! Chris and Laura arrived on time - I got a confirmation call that the delivery was en route, and then a brief follow-up call to advise on a more specific time window - and they had everything in order upon arrival. Put a order for pickup in around 5:30 maybe 6pm today and was waiting. Needed this today. Got to be 8 and still showed packing so I called and they said oh yeah it's ready and I said I'm about 20-25 mins away it didn't say done on the app. I rush and of course get there at 8:31. 1 min after closing. Florida Patient for almost a year, and have shopped at all the local dispensaries without much anything memorable occurring during these past 11+ months. That changed today with a morning visit to The Curaleaf St Pete Dispensary. but first, I wanted to comment that I really appreciate and like the expanded hours of operation, in particular opening at 9AM today - Saturday. The people (during my visit today, all ladies) were very nice and helpful, which is important for me when I am investing a goodly sum of cash for product..... anyways, after a very brief wait of about 2 minutes, Brittany welcomed me and did an OUTSTANDING JOB with my transaction. The job she did from start to finish should be a blue print for how EVERY interaction with a patient should be handled. Professional, Courteous, Knowledgeable, Bright, Understanding, Engaging..... I could go on, but my point has been made. In addition to the Extraordinary Service and Knowledgeable assistance Brittany provided, I wanted to mention my interaction and conversation with another young lady Alycia... I was VERY IMPRESSED with Her General Demeanor, Overall Knowledge and in particular, her Pharmaceutical and Botanical skill sets - In Summary, between the 2 ladies....actually there were 3 in total, Jessica and I were introduced just as I was leaving, but, she like Alycia and Brittany made My Singular visit most memorable, in turn, resulting in many future return visits to this Curaleaf because of these 3 Memorable Ladies and the quality product dispensed therein. read more

Curaleaf Lake Worth STOLE from me. Adam the dispensary associate charged me for items I never received because he didn't review my order before charging me and Gabe the manager said he issued a refund to me and that it would post to my account the following morning. The refunds were never processed and when I called and spoke to Adam the next day I was told this was something I needed to speak to my bank about and that Curaleaf could not assist me any further. However I called my bank and they said no refund was processed or even pending and that this was 100% the merchants fault. I've since called back twice and left my name and number for Gabe to call me back with no response. Adams excuse was that he is new to Curaleaf and was training. He is clearly inadequate to handle his job responsibilities and needs more training. Also Gabe I have worked in hospitality for 12 years and rule number one when dealing with customers is if you make a mistake admit it and be apologetic and right your wrongs. A t shirt and a quarter of flower isn't enough to cover the $150 dollars that you stole from me and the overdraft fees I have accumulated because of this. Not to mention this happened 2 days before Father's Day so my children could not pick a present for their father this year. read more

I have noticed over time any issues from disposable vapes they came out with improved ones, the made the caps on the container easier to open. There delivery fee went from free if your order is over 75$ to free and I live in Sarasota there in st. Pete. They often have deals for buy one get one half off, a loyalty program to save you money. You can track the delivery on phone like Uber, every delivery person was extremely helpful in any question recommendations explaining how to use products. They have a good range of choices to address your condition effectively. Some of the dispensaries the instructions of sublingual are basically its up to me to figure out how much I need. Not yet in Daytona Beach, I ordered by phone using their site. They need a larger menu of medicinal items and better descriptions on the strains of cannabis, potency ratios and medicinal values in their website. Prices are competitive and fair. Their delivery is prompt, and the gentleman very pleasant and knowledgeable. The items they offer are really good, but a bit low on the THC factor. I was advised that they are working on that. I definitely suggest you try them out. Opening a storefront in Daytona Beach soon. Received my order. All is well. I commend them for product freshness and taste! Will order again. read more

Have been to this dispensary twice. The staff made me feel as if K was buying a used car. Their knowledge & training was abysmal. The a ailabilty of products was sparse. Many of the products I wanted were either not in stock or, did not carry them. I needed capsules as the oil in the tinctures gave me severe gastric upset; like drinking straight olive oil. Capsules were not available at all; not just out of stock, but not available. Staff were uninformed as to the ingredients in the products, they were there to make a sale, period. The next several times I went back to the Tyrone dispensary, St Pete, they were 'out of stock' in the products I wanted, had no idea when they would be in, and, did Nothing to see if any other store had them in stock. Would NOT use this dispensary again. Even tho the products I wanted showed up on their website, the staff claimed they have been out for some time & had no idea when they would be restocked. My choice is Knox. What a pleasure to do business with them ! read more
