This was my first time at Greenleaf. I'm visiting from down south and I came in with my friend to pick up a cheap vape mod to replace my broken pen at his recommendation. There were very few options to choose from. I decided to spend a little more $ to get a more reliable device. For $30+ I purchased a cheaper but effective mod after being shown what they had on display. The display was on the wall and the sales guy showed me how it worked. What I wasn't expecting was that when I said that I would take it, that he was going to give me the same device that was out on display for all of the staff and customers to touch. I asked for an open box discount and the store manager (who was not even on the sales floor but could hear me out front) called out to us that "all of the products are open box", therefore no discounts are given. Being that I was not in a position of having time to argue that the other devices that were displayed were in packaging, I took my device and left but next time I'll go somewhere where everybody's hands haven't been all over my purchase read more

This place is IT!! It's amazing, you can create your own vape flavor so if you're picky like me it's perfect! JACK IS THE MAN! He was so helpful and made us the perfect flavors. We had a great time, he was super personable, asked for our names right off the bat and used them. He was knowledgeable and made us laugh! Horrible. Completely horrible.. I went in there for the first time yesterday to get some liquid and they were really rude. They were texting on their cell phones when I was trying to talk to them about different mods and juices I've liked. I'm a huge vape fanatic and have been to almost every Vape store in south Florida and this shop I don't recommend. First time in this shop and last time. The shop to me is too small and tight when there's a lot of people in there and it gets uncomfortable. They have some cool premium juices but they need to show better customer service. If your in the lake Worth area check out boca vapes, south side vapes, downtown vapes, village vapes, good clean vapes, or the boynton mall. #keeponvaping guys!! read more

Conveniently located is what and who their targeted customers are....people who need something quickly opposed to repeat customers who come there often due to their great prices and friendly atmosphere (which ISN'T the case) Their prices are outrageously high and the staff is constantly changing. They also park their Greenline Vape Bat-mobile car smack in front of the store (for advertising sake) when there's limited parking space as it is. Seems they don't consider their customers too much. By far the best vape shop in palm beach county! The staff are always super nice, they remember your name, they always seem to be in great moods and they don't treat you like a "sale". They are extremely reasonable on their products and juices and have more than 10,000.00 flavor combinations. My favorite product they have is the free STELLAR way they treat customers. Fantastic all i was hoping from Greenline Vape. They have a variety of devices for vaporizing that are all top quality. I was able to try several different flavors ranging from red leaf tobacco to strawberry cheese cake and each having their own nicotine strength levels ranging from 0mg to 25mg. After trying out the flavors and vape devices at their store i came to the conclusion that vaporizing is for me. 5 stars! read more

This establishment is run by horrible people. I walked into the store and not even 5 minutes in the staff were bad mouthing other shops, calling other customers "idiots" when they'd leave and we're just outright rude in general. Always on their phones not really all that helpful. Their liquid is God awful tasting and the devices they sell are over priced. And I don't know how sanitary or safe it is to make the juice out in the middle of the shop but it's gross. This is a 1 star review but consider it no stars. Don't waste your time at this shops there are plenty of better ones around the area. read more
