I purchased a cake sativa cart from this store. I was told if I didn't like it, I could return it…read more I went back to return it and I was told there are no refunds. Total garbage product. The cakes sativa had zero effects on me and it did not work. I just wanted a refund of my money but she refused. The women behind the counter had the customer service of a wall. If you're looking to get ripped off, this is the place to definitely go. But I do not recommend it. The owner will tell you they don't accept returns and it's on the receipt. But that's only after you finished purchasing it. Total scam. Live and learn. If you want a good cart that works, go to Trulieve. At Truelieve, they accept returns and refunds and are there to make their customers happy. Obviously this store did not get the memo on customer service or customer satisfaction. Cheers!
