They have a no return no exchange policy I purchased a vape pen it worked in the store -all good When I got home it would not hold a charge-it worked once and then needed a charge tried different chargers a few times I went back the next day and asked for an exchange I explained my story the vape worked again in the store and was told no exchanges Lots of vape stores so I will go somewhere else just wanted to warn people read more

First time user alert, buy the cheapest stuff they have. They talked me in getting the most expensive e liquid at $64.95...and since I'm started vaping I've been getting really bad migraines all day I can't even go to work..I'm freaking bedridden. I called to see if I can return the liquid after 48 hours and he just says no? I took 6 puffs...I'll take the hit on the usb stick, but should be able to return the bottle( you can't event tell that I used any the bottle is still full) for something else maybe some incense or a t-shirt, something that's not going to hurt me. read more

I actually love the store, but I have a problem with Robert, or he with me, He explains Gabbar leave is his best seller and that's what gets customers in the door, yet he is always low on supplies, and he informed me if he had a full box he would not sell it to me, as he wants to have for other customers. (Robert was insulting to me again, but let's stick to the point.) Dude needs to go biz school, If that's what gets the customers in, he should order a truck full, have a special shelf, but it's not even on the shelfs, but below the cash register. Would give 0 stars if I could. This place gave me faulty pods and did nothing to help me out. I dont usually come to this place but it was on my way home from work. I highly recommend going to 1st vape waver in Delray Beach congress and Atlantic. ANYTIME I have had a problem they always help me out. If something doesn't work they replace my items for free. After two months, three batteries, two tanks, countless coils and over $200 I can honestly say I have given this place my best shot. They have very minimal inventory, the employees tell you the you need one thing, the owner says no you need something else the only thing agreed on is everything is covered by the warranty. The only thing they don't tell you is said warranty is only made good by making you buy more stuff, not replacing items at no charge and if they do happen to replace something at no charge your told that the (tank, battery or whatever) didn't go with what just stopped working. I have never gone more then two weeks without an issue here and I have been vaping for over five years. If this doesn't work out unfortunately I have to cut my losses and find somewhere else to go because financially this has gotten out of hand. Don B. My last visit was Sunday for yet another tank that we had to pay for even though it was at a supposed discount, then we left to go finish our errands and didn't even make it 5 miles before we had to turn around. We went in with a Kanger tank only only to be told that it wouldn't work with the X20 battery. This set up was by you to us and the staff member said that the battery and tank never should be used together. We were told our only recourse was to get another battery and again had to pay for it and this one is half the size and the fourth one in two months that stopped working. The first visit cost over $100 and we were sold a digital battery that didn't even last four weeks. When we came to replace it because it was still under the one year warranty we were told it had. When we brought it back we then were told that the warranty had to go through the factory and again sold another battery. That one worked for two weeks and again had to come back for a replacement. So to say that I can have a 25% discount when over the past two months I have been paying for products that not only you but your employee on Sunday when you were in Detroit said had nothing to due with user error is really insulting. Again two products within a half hour cost us $53 and we just can't afford to continue to go through this. Your staff is friendly, the juices you carry are great but this constant problem with inconsistent information and miscommunication and products not working for more then two weeks is just too much. In the five years that I have been vaping I have had less batteries and tanks then in the 9 weeks that we have been shopping at your store. read more

Honestly I just walked up to the door it was locked. The employee says through the glass we are closed I said to him your google listing says 10pm it's not even 9:30. He shrugs his shoulders and continues to talk to his friend who he had hanging out in the shop. Not to mention they never have any of my favorite juice in stock and they sell vapes and don't keep the coils/ pods for them in stock. They sell you broken items. Battery would charge but upon applying the cartridge it wouldn't work. The baby beast I purchased from them constantly leaks no matter how tight i make it or how often I clean it. They also like to lie to their employees and fire them under false pretenses. Overall, if they lie to their employees then they don't care about their customers. They are a bunch of sales people trying to make a profit off the next person. read more
