I was sold the wrong coils by the unprofessional, rude, employee. I didn't even leave the parking lot or open the box when I realized he sold me the wrong product. I was told I could not exchange them and that it was my fault. This is exactly what's wrong with businesses today. Maybe the employee should be responsible for having some knowledge considering they are being paid. I live close but I'll drive further to avoid this Horrible place. read more

Walked in looking for Delta 8 disposable pen. Young kid behind the counter briefly explained the different companies and I eventually picked one out, paid and left.. tried my pen in the car, noticed that it wasn't pulling and light wasn't coming on so I immediately went back inside and told him what happened. He goes on to mention that the pen looks a little low and that someone might have been "hitting it" and then says he gave it to me for $7 less, then he puts the pen on the charger and says all I need to do is charge it, didn't offer to switch out for a new one or anything!! I told him that he could charge it since it's suppose to already come pre-charged, waited for 10 mins and left with the partially used pen for $48. Fucking ridiculous, don't try this place, stick with a vape store you know and trust. I'd give them 0 stars if I could. read more

I went to Vapes and More on 7/2/2022 at about 7:00pm to purchase coils for my vape I had purchased there about a month ago. I brought my vape device into the store with me and the clerk sold me coils he assured me would work with my vape. I spent about $30. I went right home and went to install the new coil which turned out to be the wrong coil for me vape. I immediately returned to the store and the same clerk who sold me the coils with the assurance they were the correct coils told me they didn't have the correct coils and refused to refund my money. I was extremely disappointed with the service here. I asked for a box of coils for 1 of my vapes. The sales girl looked at the vape, then took out a box. I asked her if she can put 1 of the coils in for me, which she did. Then I asked for another box of coils for my other vape. Again she looked at it, and gave me another box. I also figured while I was there, I would get a small bottle of liquid. When I got home, I put the liquid into the 1st vape, and the coil burnt immediately. How could that be since the sales girl just put it in an hour prior. Then I went to change the coil out on the next vape. I opened the box, and realized she gave me the wrong coils. I went back the following day with my receipt. I was informed that sometimes the liquid can burn the coil. I have been vaping for 3 years, and this has never happened to me, until I decided to try this place for the 1st time. After doing some research on my end, I found it's an ingredient in the liquid that can cause this to happen. Therefore, I will never purchase their house made liquids again. The sales girl apologized for selling me the wrong coils. She called the owner, and apparently was told I cannot return any coils, I can only get a store credit. The coils were never taken out of its original packaging. Not to mention, I'm afraid to use the liquid again in fear that it will only burn the coil again. They did not have another box of coils for the 1st vape. As for the 2nd vape, the store did not have the correct coils. The sales girl took my original receipt and wrote my name in it, that's it. I needed to explain to her that she needs to provide me with a receipt showing I have a credit. So she gave me another copy of my original receipt and wrote on the back of both receipts "has store credit". This is extremely unprofessional! I advise never to go here. UPDATE: 3 months later...after I used up my liquid I purchased elsewhere, I decided to redeem my credit for name brand liquid. I was informed that the sales girl was fired (not my problem). I was also advised that the owner would not honor my credit because it was from 3 months ago. I was never told the credit had an expiration date. I went in to get coils for my vape. I asked if they sold coils individually so the employee took one out of the pack of 4 and tried to ring it up. He told me they had to sell the 4 pack so I paid for the 4 pack and left. I got home and realized I never received the coil the employee took out to sell individually. I called and no one picked up so I drove back only to be told I was wrong and that I must have lost it. How would I loose the coil if I have the rest of them in a tube in my hand? I walked into Vapes And More today and the guy working there didn't greet me. I then asked him if he had a certain vape for sale. He comes over and puts it on the glass counter, again saying nothing. I asked him if he had it in any other colors. Again, without saying anything he haphazardly puts the devices in other colors on the table. I said, "ok, I'll get the blue one". He then brings the blue vape over to the counter. I have a chip card and I was looking for where to insert it but didn't see the device for paying. He takes the card from my hand and taps on the device to pay for it. He hasn't spoken a word to me up till this point. I finally take the receipt and say, "thanks a lot." He answers this with "ok" and I walked out. I'm not sure if his attitude was because I am white (he is black) or he treats all customers like garbage, regardless of their skin color. I will never return to that shop again even though it is quite close to my home. I was in town visiting relatives and I stopped in vapes and more to get a new battery for my vape. I looked at a few and picked out one that cost $65. The box was open and the girl behind the counter showed it to me. The battery looked like it was working fine so I bought it. When I got home and plugged it in to charge it, it wouldn't charge. I brought it back to the store with the receipt and the same exact girl who sold me the busted battery in the already opened box told me that they don't do exchanges or refunds under any circumstances and if I didn't like it I could come back some other time to speak with the owner.
